Actually, living here is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are good and new. I am among the first group of students to move in, and I have lived here for three years. The staff is enthusiastic and responsible, and the public areas are also great, with game machines, a gym, a study room, and a home theater. Regarding the keys, there are Bluetooth keys, so I don't have to worry about losing them. Overall, it's quite nice.

This student apartment is well-equipped, with a pleasant environment that provides a safe and comfortable living experience, making it an ideal choice for student life.

Very good. A great dormitory. I will recommend it to my friends.

The overall environment of the apartment is good. There are many Chinese people. There is a supermarket downstairs, which makes it very convenient to buy groceries and daily necessities.

I have been taking care by Ms Rahila Shaikh from the Uhomes to get settled in the best student accommodation near Essex University. Even, when I have some issue with the accommodation management. She gave a very good solutions to compensate my rights. I would definitely reach out to her when-ever I need help, and if I need accommodation in the future anywhere in the UK.

A great housing experience! If possible, I would choose a foreign place as my first choice.

The surrounding environment is very nice, and shopping is very convenient.

Super awesome! Malting is like a happy hometown.

Very nice apartment, especially good environment, only ten minutes away from the city center.

After spending a year, it's a pretty nice apartment, the staff are warm and welcoming, and there are free fruits and snacks, Starbucks.

The room is very spacious, with a supermarket right at the entrance. It's about a 20-minute walk to the school. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the internet speed is quite fast. There's also a gym in the lounge. The air conditioning will be turned on in the summer, but there is no air conditioning in the room, so it might be a little warm in the summer.

Both the shopping nearby and the fitness and security of the apartment are very good. The staff of the apartment will also provide timely assistance when residents encounter problems.

The house layout is square, the decoration feels warm, the sound insulation is better than expected, the commute is convenient, and the living experience is great, making it an ideal choice for residence.

It is very close to both the supermarket and the school, which is very convenient.
