The studio I booked for £190 a week is generally quite good, except for the inconvenience of taking out the trash. You have to swipe your card twice to access the elevator to the apartment, which provides safety assurance. The front desk staff are very friendly, and it is quiet at night with good sound insulation. The location is very close to the University of Coventry's student center, just a 1-2 minute walk away. It is also not far from the Business School, about 4-5 minutes away. For supermarkets, it takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to Sainsbury's, which has a good variety of products. I have temporarily found two Chinese supermarkets, both of which are not very large. The nearest Tesco to Gulson Gardens is about a 15-minute walk away, which is also acceptable.

My overall experience staying at Burnsall House was very satisfactory. My first impression of this stay was that the environment was clean and tidy. The common areas and the room were all cleaned very well, with no unpleasant odors, making it very comfortable to live in. The room was simply and practically furnished, the bed was soft, and I slept very well. Facilities such as the kitchen and laundry were also fairly complete, making it convenient for both short-term and long-term stays. The staff were friendly, the check-in and communication process went smoothly, and responses to any issues were relatively prompt, which made me feel very reassured. The location is also very good. Transportation nearby is convenient, and it is easy to get to the school, supermarkets, and the city center. The surrounding living facilities are well developed, so daily shopping and dining do not require going far. Although it is located in a convenient transportation area, the overall environment is relatively quiet and not affected by much noise, making it very suitable for both studying and resting. Overall, Burnsall House met my expectations in terms of living environment, facilities, service, and location, and it offers good value for money. Whether for international students or short-term residents, it provides a relatively comfortable living experience. If I have the opportunity to come here again in the future, I would be willing to choose Burnsall House again and would also recommend it to friends around me. This house is amazing, right across from Swan Lake, the scenery is beautiful and quiet. The front desk staff is also particularly friendly and has given me a lot of help. The room is large enough to accommodate eight people for meals. I love Eden so much, highly recommend it! Free internet and hot water supply, plus a beautifully designed lobby. There are billiards and entertainment facilities available, as well as a free gym which is sufficient for basic workouts. There is also a free movie room, suitable for friends to gather and watch movies, and a large kitchen suitable for group dining. It's a very comprehensive and perfect residence, definitely worth staying at!

Everything I see is currently very satisfactory. The management staff periodically checks the condition of the rooms, and repair issues are handled very promptly. The staff is warm and friendly. The furniture and equipment are all brand new, which can basically meet the needs.

I really like this house. The rooms are spacious and hold so many wonderful memories.

Great cost performance. I highly recommend the ensuite-B- X14D room, which has two windows for excellent ventilation and a very spacious area. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors are very large, while those on the mid floors are only half the size of the higher floors but are still quite nice.
