Short-Term Student Accommodation in Coventry

Coventry University: 10–13 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by bike • University of Warwick: Direct bus downstairs; 25 minutes off-peak, 35–50 minutes during peak hours; Uber is about £7 and takes 10 minutes directly • Daily life: 5-minute walk to two major shopping centers, Tesco/Sainsbury's supermarkets, many Chinese restaurants, bubble tea shops, cinemas, bars, and theaters; food delivery is fully available • Train station: 16 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by taxi; very convenient for traveling to and from Birmingham and London 1. Paid laundry: The washers and dryers in the laundry room require separate payment by scanning a code and cannot be used for free 2. WiFi may occasionally lag during the evening peak hours, but the internet speed is stable during study periods 3. En-suite room types can be affected by roommates' hygiene and schedules; the shared kitchen may occasionally not be cleaned in time 4. The gym equipment is not top-tier and lacks a large selection of strength-training equipment such as dumbbells; it only meets basic daily fitness needs 5. There may occasionally be noise from neighborhood events around the city center on weekends, but the impact is very small on higher floors

The studio I booked for £190 a week is generally quite good, except for the inconvenience of taking out the trash. You have to swipe your card twice to access the elevator to the apartment, which provides safety assurance. The front desk staff are very friendly, and it is quiet at night with good sound insulation. The location is very close to the University of Coventry's student center, just a 1-2 minute walk away. It is also not far from the Business School, about 4-5 minutes away. For supermarkets, it takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to Sainsbury's, which has a good variety of products. I have temporarily found two Chinese supermarkets, both of which are not very large. The nearest Tesco to Gulson Gardens is about a 15-minute walk away, which is also acceptable.

I am currently living in the Silver Studio at City Village, and overall, my living experience has been very good. The room is clean and tidy, and the space is quite suitable for one person. It also has a private kitchen and bathroom, offering great privacy and making daily life very convenient. The facilities in the room are generally complete, and the storage space is also quite practical. The location of the apartment is also very convenient, with well-developed amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. The staff are generally very friendly, and whenever I encounter any issues or need help, they provide assistance promptly. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this accommodation experience. For students who want their own private space while also valuing everyday convenience, I think the Silver Studio is a good choice.

My overall experience staying at Burnsall House was very satisfactory. My first impression of this stay was that the environment was clean and tidy. The common areas and the room were all cleaned very well, with no unpleasant odors, making it very comfortable to live in. The room was simply and practically furnished, the bed was soft, and I slept very well. Facilities such as the kitchen and laundry were also fairly complete, making it convenient for both short-term and long-term stays. The staff were friendly, the check-in and communication process went smoothly, and responses to any issues were relatively prompt, which made me feel very reassured. The location is also very good. Transportation nearby is convenient, and it is easy to get to the school, supermarkets, and the city center. The surrounding living facilities are well developed, so daily shopping and dining do not require going far. Although it is located in a convenient transportation area, the overall environment is relatively quiet and not affected by much noise, making it very suitable for both studying and resting. Overall, Burnsall House met my expectations in terms of living environment, facilities, service, and location, and it offers good value for money. Whether for international students or short-term residents, it provides a relatively comfortable living experience. If I have the opportunity to come here again in the future, I would be willing to choose Burnsall House again and would also recommend it to friends around me. It was truly amazing; living here has been the happiest year, with quality facilities, friendly staff, and a bunch of good friends. I miss it a lot.

The location is quite good, just a 3-minute walk from the city center, next to KFC and McDonald's, as well as several Chinese restaurants. Opposite is a museum, not a large supermarket.

This property is truly amazing, with a prime location, reasonable layout, and very comfortable living conditions. It offers great value for money and is a rare find! I highly recommend it to friends who are looking for a place.

Great, the bedroom layout is reasonable. In addition, the transportation around the apartment is convenient, and the living facilities are complete. Whether it's shopping, dining, or leisure and entertainment, everything is within reach. This is not only an ideal place to live but also a perfect embodiment of a quality life!

This house is amazing, right across from Swan Lake, the scenery is beautiful and quiet. The front desk staff is also particularly friendly and has given me a lot of help. The room is large enough to accommodate eight people for meals. I love Eden so much, highly recommend it! Free internet and hot water supply, plus a beautifully designed lobby. There are billiards and entertainment facilities available, as well as a free gym which is sufficient for basic workouts. There is also a free movie room, suitable for friends to gather and watch movies, and a large kitchen suitable for group dining. It's a very comprehensive and perfect residence, definitely worth staying at!

Very satisfied with the service, the apartment decoration and environment are the same as the description in the pictures. It was a satisfying stay.

The location is very convenient, with a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 10-minute walk to the city center. The facilities are new and well-equipped. The best part compared to other apartments is that each studio and flat comes with its own washing machine.

The best apartments in Coventry, bar none. The facilities are complete, the front desk is always responsive, and the environment is quiet.

Good service, good rooms, good facilities, good staff.

Good!

I have great experience using Uhomes services. Thanks to Panni, I have a very good place to stay. Highly recommend for students!!!

Everything I see is currently very satisfactory. The management staff periodically checks the condition of the rooms, and repair issues are handled very promptly. The staff is warm and friendly. The furniture and equipment are all brand new, which can basically meet the needs.

I really like this house. The rooms are spacious and hold so many wonderful memories.

Very good decoration, and the front desk's Jessica is very nice! It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the city center, and less than 5 minutes to walk to the teaching building of the Coventry School of Art! Very great!

Good, very good, excellent!!!
