It’s very quiet at night and also quiet during the day. The apartment is exactly the same as in the promotional photos! I was pleasantly surprised. There was no unpleasant smell in the room, and the staff were very friendly. They kept showing me around the apartment facilities. The decor is also very nice and refined. There is an elevator, and the windows work very well.
It is very close to the train station, so getting around is very convenient, but the train noise is also quite noticeable. Once you get used to it, though, it’s fine. Also, I recommend not booking a top-floor, south-facing room, as it gets extremely stuffy and hot in the summer—you could get heatstroke inside.
The facilities are pretty decent, and the apartment occasionally holds some events. There’s a Tesco downstairs, which makes shopping convenient. It’s also very close to the train station, so it’s convenient for going out and traveling.

The front desk staff have a very bad attitude, they don’t allow food deliveries to be left there, and the fire alarm is so loud it can wake you up from your dreams.

Sound insulation: The train is right next to it, but you get used to it after living here for a while. It doesn’t feel like it has much impact. Facilities: Choose a lower floor if you can. The elevator broke down and it took almost a month to get fixed. The efficiency is really low. Living on a high floor is super stuffy and too hot in the summer.
