The Ensuite (ensuite bathroom and communal kitchen) is divided into classic and deluxe, with an area of 13.5m2, but the price difference is enormous. For example, with a 50-week tenancy, the classic is only £195 per week, while the deluxe is £240 per week! The reason is simple: the deluxe room is situated on the 8th floor or above, and it can see the sea! Brighton is a seaside tourist city, the same house can see the sea and can not see the sea price is a huge difference. So if you want to see the sea and be relatively quieter, this is the correct type of house to choose.
