The overall environment is quite good, with two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping, and it's also very close to the subway station. The room is relatively spacious. However, the facilities are quite old, especially the elevator which often malfunctions, and the maintenance is not timely enough, affecting the living experience.

The odor from the toilet is extremely serious, and the bathroom drainage is completely blocked, making it nearly impossible to take a shower. I emailed the apartment management, and they said someone would come to take a look soon, but it has been a week and no one has come, and now they don't even reply to emails.
The laundry room system was out of order for a few days after check-in, but the staff at the front desk have been helpful in following up and it has been fixed. The toaster and TV provided in the room are very practical.
