On the payment due date, the apartment will automatically deduct the rent from your linked guarantee card according to the payment schedule. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your guarantee card on the payment day and that the issuing bank of your guarantee card can support this transaction.

2. Bank Wire Transfer 
If your guarantee card cannot be used for rent payment, please initiate a bank transfer in advance. Before payment, communicate with your bank to confirm what documents you need to prepare for the wire transfer, and make sure to have the necessary materials ready. Also, consult the bank to calculate any associated transfer fees to ensure the full amount of rent is received. Please strictly use the bank information provided by the apartment for payment (if you haven&#x27;t received the apartment&#x27;s bank account details via email and plan to pay via wire transfer, please contact the apartment email in advance to obtain the official payment information). Make sure to include the corresponding reference information, and do not trust any third-party payment accounts. Finally, ensure the rent amount is fully credited and send the remittance slip to the apartment for record-keeping.

We cannot guarantee that other tenants will be found, as this obviously becomes increasingly difficult as the academic year progresses. Please note that you will also be required to pay all management fees incurred due to the reallocation of the lease. Please refer to the apartment&#x27;s sublease terms.
