The biggest issue is that repairs are relatively slow, but the front desk staff are very nice. The common room is on the top floor, with great views and plenty of natural light. The room is quite spacious, and most importantly, it has air conditioning, which makes it very comfortable in the summer.

However, the facilities are quite old, especially the elevator which often malfunctions, and the maintenance is not timely enough, affecting the living experience.
