Everything is great except for the roof which hasn't been renovated. The room is very new and smart, the bathroom light turns on automatically, and various doors can be unlocked with a mobile phone.

The surrounding environment is nice, the furniture and appliances are complete, and it is very quiet and safe. The biggest surprise is that uhomes.com also has a roommate-finding feature, so there’s no need to worry about ending up with a weird roommate. There were no service fees throughout the entire process.
