Very good!! The bathroom is super large and the room space is more than enough! (Much better than what my friend ordered) Clean and tidy, with basic facilities. Security is also in place and WiFi is very convenient.
The location is quite good, very close to Dog Island, just one stop away. It's a bit far from the city center, but public transport like buses and the Jubilee line is very convenient here. Within 1km, there is a large Tesco and Decathlon, making it very easy to buy daily necessities and groceries! My room is big, but the sound insulation is not great; I can hear my roommate playing videos or making phone calls. The public facilities are quite complete, the kitchen is equipped with a large dishwasher and oven, plus two refrigerators and an ice cream maker, which is enough for storage. The entertainment facilities are also good, and there’s an ice maker as well. If you mind your roommate's schedule or if they don't clean, it’s better to stay in a studio.

The apartment is quite nice, relatively new, with complete supporting facilities, and convenient transportation and living. However, if you run into a messy roommate... the kitchen can get very dirty and chaotic, and they might throw parties in the kitchen... you also need to consider the luck factor.

The experience was very poor, and there was renovation going on around. They started the installation right at eight in the morning. The management team was even worse, often showing a bad attitude. They required personal cleaning for a leaking toilet and only called someone in after the second request. Moreover, they enforced periodic inspections of the room and kitchen, demanding personal cleaning regardless of whether you used the kitchen or not, threatening fines if you were dissatisfied.
