Located in the vibrant and colourful part of London our Avant-Garde Serviced Apartments provide various types of stylish accommodations to suit the needs of solo, couples and even families.  All the apartments feature wooden flooring in the living room and floor to ceiling sliding window door to balcony which allows plenty of natural light.  The furniture has also been chosen to make sure we keep our premium standards consistent whilst using the available space thoughtfully.


 


Guests staying in our Avant-Garde Serviced Apartments will enjoy free gym access, they will also have access to a rooftop garden and members’ lounge.  The accommodation is also located close to bars and restaurants as well as Shoreditch High Street’s railway station.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given where we have received suitable written notice of the cancellation. The notice period required for cancellation is:

For bookings of up to 6 nights duration - 5 days notice prior to arrival date is required. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge equivalent to the booking charge.

For bookings between 7 and 27 nights duration - 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation will be incurred

For bookings between 28 and 179 nights duration - 21 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10 nights accommodation will be incurred.

For bookings of 180 nights duration and over - 60 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60 nights accommodation will be incurred.

Details

For bookings of 180 nights and above -60 days notice prior to arrival date is required. Cancellation fees for at least 60 nights will be charged for cancellations received within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
