Check-in is from 9:30 in the morning until noon, and they didn't even write my room name. I confirmed for a long time.
After entering the room, the cleanliness looked like it hadn't been attended to at all; it's hard to tell which areas have been wiped. The closet was full of dust, and I couldn't possibly put my clothes in there. The bathroom partition also showed no signs of being cleaned, as it was covered in limescale. There were fingernails from the previous guest on the stool. There was dust and hair on the table. Under the blanket, there were also the previous guest's hairs, and on top, there was dust left (suspected) from cleaning.
Agent: It has definitely been cleaned, but it just wasn't cleaned well.
Me: You can see clearly; otherwise, if I don't take care of it later, my deposit will be deducted.

My stay experience was very bad.
Strongly avoid｜Management is chaotic, staff are careless, and check-in experience is extremely poor.
On the day of check-in, the bathroom drainage was broken, and it took 5 days to fix after reporting, staff were extremely careless.
The kitchen and room were obviously uncleaned, there were piles of garbage and stains, which were seriously inconsistent with what the apartment said that it had been "cleaned".
The most ridiculous and unreasonable thing:
👉 The apartment clearly did not do the cleaning job well.
👉 Yet, a week after my check-in, they notified me that I would be charged a cleaning penalty.
At the same time, the network signal is very poor, with huge fluctuations, and the dormitory has almost no sound insulation.

Try not to come unless you have no place to stay. Staying in esuite, you have to dispose of your own kitchen garbage; if the apartment helps with cleaning, your deposit will be deducted. Don’t overestimate the quality of foreigners; they're just lazy and only care about throwing things away without cleaning them up. When you can’t stand it anymore and tidy up, they will treat you as their maid without any guilt and might even steal your items stored in the kitchen. The kitchen is never clean. I reported this to the front desk staff, but they said they could only coordinate and not manage. This apartment has terrible sound insulation; if you have poor sleep quality, don't consider it. At night it's either the alarm ringing or motorcycles revving their engines. You should quickly look for another apartment. Don't expect the air conditioning to work; it's broken.
