Fifty-One Cromwell Road boasts a total of 120 well-appointed rooms. These include a mix of studio apartments and shared accommodations designed to provide comfort, functionality, and a modern living experience. Every room is equipped with premium amenities to ensure the highest standard of student living.

Supplier do offer airport pickup. If you are coming from Heathrow by underground, you can take Piccadilly line and get off at Gloucester Road, walked down Cromwell Road

The building at Fifty-One London is secure, we have a security system for both monitoring and access control. The site is monitored by CCTV, and there is a 24/7 staff presence throughout the year.

There&#x27;s no gym in Fifty-One. However, Equinox Kensington which resembles a luxury fitness space is 10-min drive / 7-min bike away, it would be a good consideration for a fantastic gym!

The airport picking is free, we provide one people carrier, which can usually accommodate two to three people with average luggage quantity.

Yes. We can arrange this for you. Please contact us directly and we’ll check the availability of your room prior to you checking in.

You can move out whenever you are ready but your contract with us has a fixed tern and you will need to pay the full rent until the end of the agreement.

If you need to leave Fifty-One London, you’ll need to find another student to take over your tenancy for the remainder of your contract.

For both installment payment and a one-time payment, the deadline for the first payment for the room is 2025/8/4. Please refer to the contract for the specific time or ask the supplier if you need further explanation.

How to pay rent?

The best way to pay your rent is via bank transfer. You can also use debit or credit card payments, but please note that there will be an additional charge added to your rental payment. To make a bank transfer, log into the app or website and click the pay button. Keep in mind that this method may take a few days to show in your account.

Students who want to make a bank transfer can do so by logging into the app or website and clicking the pay button. This is a slower payment method, and the payment will take a few days to show in your account. However, from time-to-time payments originating from certain countries can be subject to restrictions. For further information you can log into your account and see what payment options are available to you.

If you are under a circumstance of financial difficulties, please contact the apartment responsible for your stay as soon as possible.

I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

~If you haven&#x27;t entered the License Agreement ---
• If the Deadline has passed and you wish to cancel your booking, then any Booking Fee you have paid will be retained by Fifty One.
~If you have entered into the License Agreement ---
• You cancel your booking prior to 1 August or, if your License Start Date is in any month other than September, at least 28 days before your License Start Date;
• You notify us of your intention to cancel within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee and you have not collected your keys;
• Your UK Visa application has been denied.
• You have not obtained the required qualifications to get into your first University of choice.
• You are deferring your university entry.
Where proof is provided in accordance with these terms and conditions and to our reasonable satisfaction, you will be entitled to cancel the booking.

It’s all included in the rent. There’s no need for extra charge when using it.

No. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any part of the building, including on the balconies of those apartments with this feature. If you wish to smoke or Vape, you must exit the building.

Yes, it’s your home so you can have guests staying over occasionally. All overnight guests should only stay in your own room and for no more than 3 nights within a 7-day period. You are responsible for the behaviour of any guests you bring to your apartment.

It may be possible to swap or change your room once you have moved in, subject to availability. A room chalnge fee will apply. To find out if it’s possible for you to change room, please speak to the accommodation manager.

No, it’s up to you when you come in. If returning late at night, please respect your fellow residents and keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.

Your room has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, inductor and fridge freezer. We will be stocking up the kitchens, pots and pans etc. So you don’t really go for too much shopping---unless you wish you can bring your own.

There are no parking facilities at Fifty-One London. You can bring a car and apply for a residents’ parking permit but resident spaces around the building are very limited.

You can bring a TV for your room, but you cannot mount it on the wall, so make sure it is free standing. You will need to purchase a UK TV licence so you can watch or record programmes on a TV, computer or other device as they’re broadcast LIVE.
