The facilities are very old, the heating is good, the table is large, but the floor is broken, the bathroom is moldy, the wardrobe is shaky, the bed is particularly small, the windows can only be opened a crack, and the curtains hardly block any light. The refrigerator is especially small, it can't hold much, and the stove has been broken for a month with no one coming to fix it. Water shortages occur occasionally, lasting for 5 days. The internet speed is not great, it often lags, and the mobile data is also slow; perhaps the signal is bad in this area. The smoke alarm goes off frequently, ringing for ten minutes without any cooking or smoking; it is absolutely driving me crazy. It definitely goes off twice a week, regardless of whether you are sleeping or what time it is.

The soundproofing in this apartment is almost nonexistent. Every early morning, there are foreigners chatting and laughing loudly downstairs. It's impossible to sleep without headphones, and despite raising the issue multiple times, no one has taken care of it. The hot water also breaks down every few days. In short, unless your budget is very limited, it's better not to stay here; it will definitely make your study-abroad experience very poor.
