The location is great, with good value for money. Transportation and shopping are very convenient, with a bus stop and two convenience stores right downstairs, and the subway station just a few minutes’ walk away. There is a large park a 3-minute walk away, and the environment is very nice. The facilities are a bit old, but within a normal range. The staff are very friendly. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day, which sometimes makes receiving packages inconvenient. Maintenance requests are sometimes not handled promptly. The internet speed is average. Overall, it offers very good value for money.
The apartment environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming, with well-equipped facilities. The rooms have a practical layout and plenty of natural light. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment, and the train station is just next door, making daily travel very convenient. The apartment staff are warm and friendly, with standardized management and strict security.
The area is very living-friendly. Tesco and Sainsbury were just downstairs, very convenient to buy food and drinks. There’s also a bus stop right next door, where I take the No.68 to all my campuses.
Better than expected, it has a very Eastern home feeling, I quite like it. Although check-in is not available on weekends, the keys were handed over to a senior, and I was able to check in smoothly. The surrounding environment is quite quiet, and the supermarket is convenient. The internet speed feels a bit laggy for video calls sometimes. The apartment management staff are quite friendly. The customer service staff on the website are also very dedicated and have done a lot of work.
The provided services are attentive and meticulous, with a high level of professionalism.
Overall not bad, this price range offers good value for money.
