The transportation is convenient, and the soundproofing of the rooms is good.
During our stay in the UK, we encountered an issue where the landlord provided the wrong room type. We contacted both the landlord and the platform for assistance. We are extremely grateful for the prompt help from the customer service team, who went above and beyond to ensure we could settle in smoothly. In the end, everything worked out as we hoped. As parents, we constantly worry about our children when they are abroad, and receiving timely assistance filled our hearts with immense gratitude!
