The apartment location is very good, nearby is a wealthy area which is very safe. The apartment rooms have a microwave and a refrigerator, and there are two communal kitchens on the first floor, where you can cook and store food, making life very convenient.
I really love my room. I've already arranged to renew my lease for the second year!

This apartment is only 1.2 miles from RCA, making commuting super convenient. The surrounding environment is also safe, and I can do a VR tour of the apartment, further enhancing my sense of security.
Very nice room, and they also give a phone card and small packaged toiletries upon check-in, which is very thoughtful~
Convenient transportation, about a 15-minute walk to the subway station.

The window safety rope is broken, one of the two drawers of the bed is broken, the induction cooker heats very slowly (the opposite side is a shared kitchen, I usually go there to cook), the range hood is broken, the sink is very small with a width of about 20cm, the bedside lamp is broken, the washbasin is very small (about the size of two palms), and the desk is not very big.

The room is fully equipped. Very small. Anyone weighing 200 pounds can't fit in this bathroom. It's very old, and the faucet is covered in limescale, which actually looks quite dirty. The cleaning is very sloppy. The cabinet door is broken. The desk and chair are very old wooden chairs, and sitting on them hurts the backside. The building has no gym, but it has a laundry room. The prices are quite high, probably because the machines have a large capacity, and you wouldn't feel right doing laundry without accumulating a month's worth of items. The sink is broken and looks very dirty. It's too dirty. The area outside the window is relatively quiet, as this seems to be a wealthy residential area; the apartment is street-facing with many shops. The bus station is quite close. The subway station is very far away. The communal kitchen is large.

It’s really unfortunate that the room assigned has no windows; the emergency exit is just outside, so there is no sunlight at all. I can't even observe the weather. Every day feels like living like a mouse. I really didn't expect the double room to be this small, and the wardrobe design is very unreasonable—it's short and deep, making it difficult to hang up coats and there’s simply no place to put clothes for those with a lot of them. The shower area causes bruises even for tall people just trying to take a bath; if you have a longer wingspan, you might as well skip showering altogether because you can't even spread your shoulders. The room's TV can't pick up any signal, and there are two of them. There are a lot of people, and in the common room, they randomly walk around barefoot on the sofa.
