The facilities are complete, the room is relatively new, but sound insulation is poor. Security is strong, front desk service is good, and maintenance efficiency is high. A Tesco is ten steps downstairs, and a large Sainsbury's supermarket is forty steps away. The cost-performance ratio is still not bad.
