The apartment's location is very convenient, situated in the city center, close to Lidl and Tesco, and the Westquay shopping center is also very near, making shopping and daily life very easy. The building has complete facilities, offering breakfast and coffee machines on weekdays, as well as public spaces like a gym and a cinema, with events hosted during holidays. The building manager, JuanFran, is very nice! This review is specifically written for him. When I first arrived in the UK, he helped me carry a very heavy package, and whenever I didn't have my keys, he would come quickly to help open the door almost every time, and he even helped me find a misplaced package. So many things! My accommodation experience was upup!!

The location of BH is quite good, close to supermarkets Lidl and Tesco, and two Chinese supermarkets. It is also near the largest shopping mall in Southampton, Westquay. If you attend classes at the Highfield campus, you can take the U1A bus downstairs. The apartment is fully equipped with facilities such as a Mahjong table, KTV, and coffee machine. Bread and milk are provided on Monday to Thursday mornings, while Friday is for fruits and yogurt. ItachiJuanFran is very helpful, responsible, and friendly. He will do his best to assist you if he can. When I first moved in, he helped me carry my heavy luggage upstairs without hesitation, and he has helped me with many things since then. I am very grateful to him!

The location is very good, right in the city center. There are many restaurants and cafes from various countries including China Premier League and English Premier League nearby. It takes less than a minute to walk to the bus station from the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are all very new, great, and clean. There are KTV, PS5, and Switch available. Breakfast is provided on weekdays in the morning, and there is a 24-hour coffee machine as well as an ice maker! The facilities in the room are also very complete, and the shower is very big! It is the largest shower I have seen in an apartment in China Xiamen. It is also very convenient to receive packages at the apartment. The best part is the apartment staff! Fran is very friendly and nice, and he gave me a lot of help. The assistance was also very professional and quick!

After living here for more than half a year, I have finally made peace with this student apartment. At first, I found it small. A bed, a desk, a mini kitchen, you had to be careful not to bump into the corners when turning around. But later, I realized that this "though the sparrow is small" actually brings a sense of security— the heating is always warm enough, the water pressure is always sufficient, and all the electricity, water, and internet fees are included in the rent. In winter, I no longer have to wrap myself in a blanket like I did in the old off-campus house, calculating the electricity bill. The window faces an inner garden. Although it's just a small patch of greenery, catching a glimpse of that green during the dreary rainy days in the UK always brightens my mood a little. The soundproofing is better than I expected. When the bass from the neighbor's party comes through, it dulls into a vague background noise, perfectly covering up my sighs while writing papers. The most delightful part is the common area. The first floor has a study room, a pool table, and a free coffee machine. During finals week, I go down at two in the morning to get hot water, often bumping into a few other international students with the same dark circles under their eyes, and we nod at each other like comrades in the trenches. The laundry room is on the lower ground floor. The dryer rumbles loudly as it spins, and the anxiety of deadlines seems to be spun dry along with the clothes.

Facilities: They are quite new, the whole room is great, although the lighting is a bit lacking, but they provide a small lamp which is sufficient for illumination.
Internet Speed: It occasionally disconnects, but it's still manageable, and the speed is adequate. I think downloading things is also sufficient.
Soundproofing: To be honest, the soundproofing is not very good, but that's a common issue. If you stay in an ensuite, it's like a lucky dip with your roommate; at night, you can still hear others talking, wuluwulu.
Cleanliness: The hygiene is quite good; they actively clean regularly, so it is clean and sanitary.
Location: It's a 15-20 minute walk to school. Coming back, it's all downhill for 10 minutes, which is pretty fast. There's a bus stop right at the door, and it's also quite quick.

The apartment is ideally located in the city centre with convenient transport and plenty of amenities. Gabi, the property manager, is warm and helpful and always ready to assist with any requests.

I live very comfortably. Although it's in the city center, it's not very noisy, and the transportation is quite convenient. For everyday shopping, I can just go downstairs and find everything I need. The apartment often organizes activities and thoughtfully prepares small gifts for residents during holidays, creating a strong sense of ceremony. Whenever I encounter an issue, I just send a message to Gabi, and I receive timely responses and proper handling. Gabi is really nice, responsible, and enthusiastic. I can almost always see her busy figure in the apartment, and having such a caretaker gives me great peace of mind.

Must stay apartment at city center! The location is incredibly excellent for coffee lovers, with plenty of great cafés nearby.

Crossing is super good

It is very quiet, close to the school, has good greenery, and the rooms are not hot in summer with complete facilities. The windows can be opened widely for good ventilation. The kitchen is spacious and convenient with all the appliances, and the elevator is stable and undamaged. It is close to a large supermarket for convenient shopping, and there is a bus station right downstairs.
