Student Studio Flats in Birmingham

This is a great place. The young lady at the front desk is very nice. She helped me carry a heavy suitcase upstairs, and I really appreciate it. It's quite safe here, with a lot of access control, excellent fire safety facilities, and many fire doors. The windows in the rooms have burglar bars and can only be opened a little. You can see a very nice view from the room (though everyone has different preferences; I particularly like the architecture and streets here). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and induction stove, as well as dishes like cups and bowls, knives and kitchen scissors, two refrigerators, two sinks, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning tools. There are many shops nearby, making shopping convenient. It's close to the school.

The room is quite spacious for one person, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The main advantage is the great location, just a 2-minute walk to the south gate of the school, and there are many supermarkets downstairs, both Chinese and Korean. There are also large supermarkets within a 10-15 minute walk nearby. However, the fire alarm in this apartment goes off frequently, and it's easy for the kitchen to get dirty with so many people living in the ensuite. Everything else is fine.

The reception service is enthusiastic, the facilities are superb, and the location is great.

The layout is very good, and it's considered a relatively large space in the student dormitory. It is well-equipped, with a separation of wet and dry areas, a very long desk, and two floor-to-ceiling windows. I think it's particularly perfect, especially when the sun rises every day.
