The apartment is quite nice, the studio layout and facilities are good, consistent with the VR presentation from abroad. The nearby life is also very convenient, with various supermarkets downstairs. It is relatively close to the Waterloo campus and less than a 20-minute walk to the King's Riverside campus, so there is no need to worry about public transport causing tardiness for classes. This apartment offers great value for money.

Although the apartment is a bit old, the interior furnishings are not as outdated as one might imagine, and it was very clean when I checked in. The rooftop view is nice, and it would be even better if the apartment could be renovated in the future.

Outside the window is a wasteland, with construction going on every day, driving me crazy. The isolated support in the email looks good, but the service attitude of the guy downstairs is average as well. The room structure is also average. But the kitchen is quite big and the facilities are fairly complete.
