There are large supermarkets in different directions downstairs, two subway lines, and the bus stop is also very close. You can walk to school, and the soundproofing of the room is excellent! Several people can sing in the room without any issues (tried and tested).

The apartment is very bad. The room was occupied by the previous tenant for a whole month. They said there would be compensation for one week's rent, but in the end, they broke their promise and did not provide compensation. The apartment does not allow double occupancy and is frequently checked. There will be fines for water in the room, avoid it!

Q: Is there any application fee for booking an apartment?
A: There is no application fee, but a deposit is required when booking is confirmed. The deposit is refunded after the end of the contract date.
Q: How much deposit do I need to pay?
A: For all 43 and 51 week bookings, a deposit of £500 is required to complete the booking. Your deposit will be kept in the UK government's TDS scheme, which is very safe and will be refunded after the end of the contract date.
Q: Can rent be paid in installments?
A: Depending on the length of the contract, both 43-week and 51-week bookings can be paid in full or in two installments.
