There is no rule, it is up to you to decide when to return to the apartment. If returning late at night, please respect other people and keep your voice to a minimum.

Is food provided in the apartment?

Our apartments do not have restaurants or canteens, but most offer vending machines where you can buy chocolates, chips, drinks, ice cream and other snacks.

Is there internet in the apartment?

Yes, all our apartments have WiFi installed and can be used in all rooms at no extra cost. The service is provided by our network partner ASK4. In case of any problems with internet connection, their contact details can be found in the property brochure received upon check-in

Your rent is paid in four installments throughout the year so that you can more easily afford rent.

Can group reservations be made?

How do I cancel my reservation

Reservations can be canceled until July 31 of the same year the resident moves in. Booking fees are non-refundable.

How can I meet other people living in the apartment?

The apartment is equivalent to an international community built for students. The students staying here are studying in various universities and institutions. This diversity is a very meaningful experience for studying abroad.

How to collect mail/express?

Mail will be delivered to the mailbox in the apartment. Larger mail or mail that requires a signature will be left at the reception. If the reception receives your email, you will be notified, please go to pick it up in time.

If living in a shared apartment, can I choose a roommate?

What if I can't pay my rent?

I only have a con offer, can I book an iQ apartment?

Yes, if you do not meet the grade requirements of the universities you have applied to, then your booking fee will be fully refunded. When applying for a refund, you need to provide a confirmation letter from the university to withdraw the offer - please provide it within 72 hours after receiving the official confirmation letter. Please note that this is the only case where the booking fee, or deposit (in Scotland only) is refundable.

Can I store items during the holidays?

If you continue to live in the next year, you can discuss storage with the apartment.

Can I choose a specific room in the apartment?

Of course, you can communicate with the consultant when booking and choose a room you like best.

If you want to bring a TV, please check if there is a TV connection in your room, but do not bring a TV larger than 21 inches. It is not allowed to hang the TV on the wall, so please make sure your TV can be installed independently.

Can I bring my bicycle?

Yes, most iQ apartments have secure bicycle storage which is free to use. But you need to register your bike with the management team of the apartment when you check in.

Can I come with my own car?

Some of our apartments offer a limited number of parking spaces, some of which are disabled parking spaces. However, the apartment is very close to the school and various facilities, so there is no special need to drive. If you do need to arrange a parking space, please contact the management team of your apartment as soon as possible so that it can be reserved for you (as parking spaces are in high demand).

Can I move out of the apartment early?

You can move out at any time, but the tenancy agreement with iQ is for a fixed term and you will still be required to pay the full rent until the contract expires. In special cases, the operation manager has the right to allow the guest to terminate the contract in advance.

Can I check in earlier?

Yes, we can try our best to arrange early check-in for you in most cases. Please contact the iQ Apartments management team directly and they will be in charge of making arrangements for you.

After check-in, the room can be changed if the situation permits. However, switching rooms will incur additional costs. Make sure the room you want is available, and then apply to the manager of your apartment.

Do I need to clean my room when I move out of the apartment?

Yes, please make sure the room is clean when you move out, otherwise there will be a cleaning fee.

1-The apartment has been renovated, and the facilities in both the indoor and public areas are quite new. 2-The indoor signal is not very strong, but the wifi is smooth and there is no lag while browsing the internet. 3-The rooms facing the road have relatively loud noise from the windows, but the sound insulation of the windows is quite good, making it basically inaudible to the commotion (only slight noise can be heard).

The room is a bit small, but the hygiene environment is good! The front desk is very friendly, and you can send your packages directly to the front desk; they will help you receive them! The public kitchen is also assigned, so you can find the corresponding refrigerator and kitchen utensils according to your room number. There are stoves and an oven, but you'll need to buy other pots and pans! The basement has a public laundry room and mailboxes; find the corresponding mailbox according to your room number! The public laundry room requires a fee! There is a bed, a cabinet, and a separate bathroom. You need to buy your own bedding, and it is recommended to get a fan, as it can be quite necessary when it’s hot; there is no air conditioning, only underfloor heating!

It's worth mentioning that the apartment keeps two cats, and tenants can play with them.
