This apartment is pretty centrally located in London and is also very close to Aldgate East Underground Station, about a 5-minute walk away. It’s quite convenient for getting to both UCL’s main campus and the School of Management. There are many supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets nearby, as well as internet cafés and arcades. The apartment’s on-site gym facilities are enough for basic workouts. There is also KTV and game consoles, and the common areas all have air conditioning. The internet speed is pretty good, and playing mobile games or watching videos is usually very smooth. The staff are also very friendly, and the apartment often hosts various events. The only downside is that the door isn’t very soundproof, so sometimes you can clearly hear doors closing and people talking loudly in the hallway. The best part is the rooftop terrace on the top floor, where you can see the old financial district, and the sunset view is especially beautiful.

The room is modern and clean, with comfortable bedding, a spacious desk, and an independent bathroom + high-speed Wi‑Fi, which makes daily study and life very worry-free. The public facilities are complete, including a gym, study room, and lounge area, and social events are occasionally organized. There is a 24-hour front desk and security, and the management team responds very quickly, resolving maintenance issues on the same day. All bills are included, so you don’t have to worry about utilities and internet, which is particularly friendly for international students, making the living experience safe and comfortable.

I was just trapped in the elevator for two hours. Do not live here under any circumstances—the elevator breaks down very easily and has already trapped people inside several times. There was absolutely no signal or air, and it felt extremely suffocating. Even after something like this happened, there was no compensation, and up to now, no one has even said a single “sorry” to me. If you enjoy missing exams or interviews, then go ahead and live here.

The facilities are quite new, the front desk staff is very responsible, and the maintenance speed is fast (but if you don't want the staff to walk into your room directly, remember to tell the front desk in advance, they will go for maintenance when you are in your room).
