Student Studio Flats in London

The consultant manager will recommend a property that suits the individual's needs, responds to information in a timely manner, the information on the property is true and reliable, the landing service is excellent, and it's worth booking again!

I'm in London for a month to study a short course, and I'm very glad to have found Jennifer to assist with my student accommodation. She is, without a doubt, one of the best agents I've ever had. Throughout the entire process, Jennifer was exceptionally responsive, efficient, and genuinely helpful. She goes above and beyond, making you feel she is more like a friend than just an agent. She approaches her work with remarkable care, considering everything from her clients' perspectives and truly wanting the best for her clients. Beyond accommodations, Jennifer was more than happy to share recommendations for restaurants and offer valuable advice—even when it extended beyond her job scope. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to help in every way possible truly set her apart. If you're searching for accommodation in London, I cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough. Her service is outstanding, and I'm confident you won't regret choosing her.

The house is really wonderful! When I moved in and cleaned, I found that everything was spotless, not even a trace of water marks on the mirrors and other reflective surfaces. It was just so clean! The tables and cupboards were also cleaned; there was not a speck of dust anywhere. They even provided a toilet brush and two large trash cans with the apartment. The cost-performance ratio is incredibly high, and the location is fantastic—just across the street is the main pedestrian street! It's really not a scam. At first, I wanted to cancel after looking at the apartment pictures, but now I want to stay here forever. My friend lives in Royal where they don't include bills; she said heating costs 7 pounds a day in winter. The environment is nice, but it's expensive—Quebec is highly recommended!

Overall, it is a very good apartment. Because it is a new building, the facilities are relatively new, but the aging process is also quite fast. After living here for a year, small cracks in the walls and cabinet doors dropping can be seen, but it does not affect living there. Facilities: Very complete. There is a gym, cinema, pool table, table tennis table, and many public study areas. Most importantly, the entire building is air-conditioned. Internet speed: The internet speed provided by the apartment is average, and sometimes it can be lagging. Sound insulation: The sound insulation between the apartment building and the outside world is very good, even if it is next to a highway, you will not hear a loud traffic noise. However, the sound insulation between rooms is relatively poor, and you can hear loud conversations from next door. Location: The building is right by the road, and it takes about 6 to 7 minutes on foot to Hammersmith subway station and the bus terminal. Whether driving, taking the bus, or the subway, it is very convenient. There are also a few temporary parking spots downstairs. Hygiene: Staff clean the public areas daily. So far, there have been no signs of bugs in the building.

Staying at Wembley Scape is truly one of the best decisions I made coming to London! It's a 5-minute walk to Wembley Park tube station, and just 20 minutes to the city center, making it super convenient to get to UCL and Westminster. The room is clean and tidy, with an ensuite bathroom and hidden storage, which is fantastic. All bills are included, so I don't have to worry about utilities like water and electricity. The 24-hour reception and security provide a strong sense of safety, and the response to package collection and repairs is exceptionally quick. The building has a gym, cinema, study room, and a huge communal kitchen, so I can stay fit, study, and socialize without even leaving home—it's really comfortable! I highly recommend it to everyone who comes to China London.

I'm connected with Agni, who's been incredibly helpful, and I could tell that from our very first call. That's what made me choose Uhomes to book my accommodation. Unlike most agents who keep spamming, he did not bother me during the period between our initial call and when I decided to move forward. He waited until I got back with a decision for quite some time. Thereafter, I got on multiple calls with him to clarify every small doubt, and he took the time to explain each in detail. Even via e-mail and WhatsApp conversations, he is very prompt and always gives quick responses. Also, I don't have to follow up on anything. I am updated on all the progress without asking, especially after booking my property. I have had a great experience so far!

I've been living at Chapter Kings Cross for a week now, so here are my thoughts. Facilities: Overall, it has all the basic essentials, including a fridge, microwave, extractor fan, and shower facilities. The only downside is that there's no washing machine in the room, so you have to go to the basement level to do laundry, and there's an extra charge. But overall, it's still okay—no major issues, and it's definitely livable. Internet speed: The internet speed is excellent, as fast as ever. It still uses the ASK4 WiFi network system. When you first move in, just connect one commonly used device, register with an email account, fill in the necessary information such as your room number, and you're all set. Any other devices can then connect directly. Each room's WiFi can support up to 6 devices at the same time, and the space is also very, very spacious. Soundproofing: Overall, the soundproofing is pretty good. I've been sleeping well these past few days and have hardly ever been woken up by noise from next door. As for outdoor noise, you can close the window and wear earplugs, and everything is still easy to deal with. Cleanliness: When I first moved in, the fridge had a bit of an odor and the extractor fan was a little dusty. But I wiped and cleaned the parts I could handle myself with alcohol wipes. As for the two issues mentioned above, I contacted the front desk, and they were resolved directly within a few days. I'd say they are very responsible toward students in this regard. Overall, the cleanliness is also great. Location: The location is very convenient. It's within a 30-minute walk of London train stations, the British Museum, and UCL, and it's also in central London.

The apartment is indeed in a great location. Just cross the road when you go out and there are Lidl and Iceland, and it's also very convenient to walk to RCA. The room is suitable for people who prefer a small, cozy living space. Facilities: The lobby has air conditioning, a gym, a free coffee machine, and entertainment facilities. Soundproofing: However, because it is right next to the outer road, there are street racers at night and it can be very noisy, but the soundproofing between rooms is OK. Internet speed: It was OK at first, but the internet speed slowed down later on. Hygiene: There is regular housekeeping that comes to clean, and overall there are no hygiene issues in the apartment. Rooms close to the inner courtyard can sometimes smell people smoking in the courtyard, which is very unpleasant. Additionally: The security makes it feel very safe, and parcels are collected by the front desk so you don't have to worry about them getting lost. However, food deliveries can sometimes go missing, and there is a tall Black front-desk staff member who may give Asian people extra trouble, so be careful.

The child checked into Chapter Kings Cross, which is not as terrible as described in some books; in fact, the experience was quite good. Firstly, the geographical location is excellent, right next to King's Cross Station, with subway and train connections readily available; secondly, the rooms are very new and clean; I don't know how they manage to keep it so spotless, and there are no signs of mold in the bathroom, which I was very satisfied with (since I personally visited this apartment in London while sending my child). Furthermore, according to my child, there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and it feels quite safe. It's a 20-minute walk to UCL. There are several big supermarkets around such as Waitrose and M&S; in short, apart from the high prices, there are no other issues.

This is the second time I have rented accommodation with Khin, and once again, the experience has been excellent. She is an incredibly helpful and reliable agent who always responds quickly and clearly. Whenever I have questions about the accommodations, she takes the time to explain everything with great patience and professionalism. Her fast replies and supportive attitude make the whole process much easier and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication, and I know that if I ever need to rent again in the future, I will definitely choose to work with her. It's rare to meet someone as patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful as Khin.

Chapter Ealing is located next to North Acton Underground Station, offering extremely convenient transportation. It is just a 2-minute walk to the Central line, with Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Chinese supermarkets nearby, making daily shopping very easy. The apartment features modern facilities, including a 24-hour gym, rooftop terrace, game area, and study room. The staff are friendly and professional, responding promptly whenever issues arise. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and regular cleaning services are provided. Considering its location, facilities, and service, it is one of the better-value student accommodation options in West London, especially suitable for students studying at Imperial College London's White City Campus or the University of West London.

My overall experience staying at Scape Bloomsbury has been excellent. The room was very clean, and all the facilities inside were in good condition and fully equipped. The natural light and ventilation are both great, making the living space comfortable, bright, and airy. The apartment's front desk service is very convenient, with parcel collection available. The staff are attentive and responsible, and with 24-hour security, I feel very safe living here. The location is a major advantage. It only takes about 6 minutes to walk to UCL's main campus, making commuting to class extremely convenient. There's no need to squeeze onto the Tube, and even 8 a.m. classes feel manageable. Although the rent exceeded my original budget, considering the location, living environment, and services, it is well worth the money. I highly recommend UCL students choose this place. I almost forgot to mention that supermarkets are also very convenient—just a five-minute walk away. It's super easy to buy all kinds of daily necessities, and cooking for yourself is healthy, delicious, and helps ease homesickness.

, Good, very good Fully equipped and conveniently located, this apartment is in an excellent location. It is only a three- to five-minute walk to the transportation hub and core business district, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. The facilities far exceeded expectations: the appliances and furniture are complete and brand-new, and even the dishwasher and dryer work very well, greatly enhancing the living experience. At first, I was worried that being close to the street would make it noisy, but after moving in, I found that the sound insulation is excellent, completely blocking out outside noise. It is very quiet at night, and the sleep quality is excellent. Finally, regarding the overall environment, the landscaping inside the community is well maintained, the security system is strict yet user-friendly, and the public areas are cleaned by dedicated staff every day This place makes people feel comfortable and at ease

My overall living experience in a Standard Studio at Chapter White City has been very good. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with a large supermarket right downstairs, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk to school, making daily classes and grocery shopping very hassle-free. The room is fully equipped, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and dryer, which makes cooking and cleaning much easier. The apartment has strict security management, and the common areas are cleaned and maintained regularly. The room has great soundproofing, and the environment is quiet at night, making it very suitable for creative work, studying, and resting. Nearby transport stops are close by, so getting around is convenient. Overall, living here feels safe and comfortable, and it is very suitable for international students.

Commuting is stress-free, with the school, supermarkets, and bus stops all close by. Grocery shopping and getting to class don't require long trips, making the pace of daily life very comfortable. There are plenty of room types to choose from, including En-suite and Studio options. The rooms are bright and airy, with a desk, storage cabinets, and bedding all provided. The private bathroom is clean and tidy, so there's no need to compete for the bathroom, and you get plenty of privacy. The rent includes water, electricity, heating, and high-speed internet, so you don't have to deal with separate bills or argue with the landlord. Budgeting is clear and simple, saving you a lot of hassle. The shared facilities are excellent: quiet study rooms are ideal for working on deadlines or group discussions, the free gym is available whenever you want to exercise, and the leisure screening area and terrace lounge are perfect for relaxing with friends after class. With 24-hour front desk security and maintenance service, parcels can be collected at the front desk, and repair requests are handled quickly if anything at home breaks, giving you a strong sense of security even while living abroad. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and Chinese supermarkets nearby, making daily shopping very convenient. Most residents in the apartment are international students of a similar age, creating a simple and friendly atmosphere where it's easy to meet like-minded people. No need to worry about furniture, repairs, or bills yourself—just focus on studying and enjoying life. This is probably what the ideal study-abroad lifestyle looks like.

Very good place. I booked it easily through uhomes.com. The place has very good amenities, such as a common room, laundry room, etc. The environment around the property is also very good. Grocery stores like Tesco, Savers, Sainsbury's, etc. are a 5-minute walk away on Harrow Road. There is also a bus stop 1 minute away on foot, where you can take a bus to central London.

The house is very spacious and especially suitable for everyday living. The bathroom is very clean, the environment is excellent, and the overall lighting atmosphere is also very nice. Parking is very convenient, with many parking lots nearby. The hot water supply is very sufficient and can meet daily needs. The air in the room is very fresh, and the room itself is quite large. Security is very good, with access control and monitored safety facilities. The indoor lighting is suitable for reading and other activities, and the room is also equipped with items such as a desk lamp. The landscaping of the facilities is excellent. There is a very large community nearby with plenty of greenery, as well as a huge playground where we can take walks. The indoor lighting and decoration are very comfortable, and I am very satisfied with the color scheme. The room is spacious and very suitable for living. The only downside is that it is cold in winter and hot in summer.

It wasn't until I moved into Chapter Portobello that I realized the romance of Notting Hill can truly seep into everyday life. In the morning, I head to Portobello Market to buy a bouquet of fresh flowers and a freshly baked croissant; in the evening, I watch the West London sunset through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is full of thoughtful design, preserving the refined elegance of British style while offering stylish modern conveniences. What I love most is the private residents' garden downstairs and the rooftop terrace—it's so rare to have such a peaceful corner in bustling London. Living here isn't just about renting a room; it feels more like having a warm, lived-in "home" full of comfort and character. Absolutely great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience authentic British living in West London! ✨

During our stay in the UK, we encountered an issue where the landlord provided the wrong room type. We contacted both the landlord and the platform for assistance. We are extremely grateful for the prompt help from the customer service team, who went above and beyond to ensure we could settle in smoothly. In the end, everything worked out as we hoped. As parents, we constantly worry about our children when they are abroad, and receiving timely assistance filled our hearts with immense gratitude!

Thanks to the amazing support from Uhomes VN, I was lucky enough to discover ARK Canning Town, and I'm so glad I did! The building is modern and newly built, with great facilities like a gym, study room, and game room, making student life comfortable and convenient. The staff are super friendly, helpful. I also love the social events they organise, where students can enjoy food, and connect with each other. It creates such a welcoming atmosphere and a lovely sense of community. Highly recommend it!
