The house is really wonderful! When I moved in and cleaned, I found that everything was spotless, not even a trace of water marks on the mirrors and other reflective surfaces. It was just so clean! The tables and cupboards were also cleaned; there was not a speck of dust anywhere. They even provided a toilet brush and two large trash cans with the apartment. The cost-performance ratio is incredibly high, and the location is fantastic—just across the street is the main pedestrian street! It's really not a scam. At first, I wanted to cancel after looking at the apartment pictures, but now I want to stay here forever. My friend lives in Royal where they don't include bills; she said heating costs 7 pounds a day in winter. The environment is nice, but it's expensive—Quebec is highly recommended!
