Very safe, with access control, the room is fresh and odorless, the room size is also decent, and there is a Tesco nearby, making shopping for groceries very convenient. The subway station is right outside, making it easy to get to the city center.

There are many bugs, all kinds of bugs crawling on the windows, I don't dare to open the window at all. It's hot and stuffy in the summer, the room is over thirty degrees. The hallway is also not cleaned by anyone, and there's a lot of dust. The inside of the room is also very dusty.
The overall facilities are relatively new, especially the bathrooms which are bright and spacious. The layout is also good, with sunlight coming in from the railway side and a nice view from the window. The downsides are the train noise and the possibility of mosquitoes and spiders.
The internet speed is quite fast, the front desk response is also very timely, the scenery here is particularly good, and the air is very fresh. It's not far from a large shopping mall, just a 20-minute walk.
Noise from the vacuum truck 24/7 all year round, the indoor air is stuffy and very hot in summer, one roommate harasses others and is in jail, another roommate doesn't clean the kitchen for a month 😌 The only advantage is that the subway station is just 50 meters away, besides that, the location is reliant, just walking out one block is like going straight to Gotham City, the lime mask guy will snatch everyone's phone 🤠🫳🏾 The internet speed and other facilities are decent.

The environment was very quiet at night, with almost no external noise disturbance, allowing for a great rest. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, suitable for vacation or short stays, and I would consider coming back next time.
