Manna Ash House has two types of student accommodation to choose from, including En-suite and Studio, so whether you like to be alone or have fun, you'll find something to suit you. The rooms are cosy and comfortable with all the amenities, and the bedrooms have comfortable beds, desks, chairs, wardrobes and bookshelves. The rooms are designed to maximise space and provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for studying. There is a large gym and a common lounge area with sofas and billiards where you can relax. All rooms come with broadband ports, making it easy for students to connect to the internet. Free high-speed Wi-Fi covers all corners, making staying in touch with your studies and loved ones easy. Rent includes utilities, so you don't have to worry about paying for them.

Manna Ash House student flats are located in London's first district, with a wide choice of supermarkets and restaurants in a busy neighbourhood and a 19-minute walk from the London Eye. Sainsbury's Local is just downstairs, and Tesco Express is a 5-minute walk away, making it easy for students to do their daily shopping. Caffè Nero is a 6-minute walk away, where you can grab a coffee and start your day with some energy. Staying at Manna Ash House, you can visit some of the best theatres, concert halls and art galleries in the UK, with The Old Vic performing arts theatre an 8-minute walk away and The Graffiti Tunnel a 15-minute walk away, so don't worry about getting bored with your daily life.

 

Transport

King's College London Waterloo Campus is a 14-minute walk from Manna Ash House. University College London is 22 minutes by tube, and University of the Arts London is 23 minutes by bus. London Waterloo Station provides excellent transport links above and below ground, giving students easy access to South East London and the city centre. Blackfriars train station is also close to the flats, with direct trains to other cities.

If you wish to cancel your agreement:

Up to and including 45 days before the start of your tenancy
You can cancel at any time during this period, but there will be a reasonable administration charge.

During the last 45 days before the start of your tenancy – you will only be able to cancel this agreement if a suitable replacement tenant is found to take your place. Either you can find a suitable replacement tenant yourself, or we can find one for you. However if it is left to us, we will only do this after all our other rooms have been let. In either case there will be a reasonable administration charge.

Note: If no replacement tenant is found, you will be responsible for payment of the rent in full, even if you do not move in to the property.

Within 45 days of your contract start date
We will only be able to cancel your contract with us within the last 45 days before the contract start date in an exceptional circumstance. Find out more about our Contract Release process.

Cancellation / Refunds
If you wish to cancel this agreement, you should let us know as soon as possible. Written cancellation / refund requests should be made to your on-site team. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days.

Rebookers
We may withdraw an offer of accommodation or cancel a contract if you have any outstanding fees from a previous stay with us.

Q: Can I move out early?

A: You can move out before the contract termination date, but you have to pay the rent as usual until you find the next tenant to settle the rent for the rest of your lease.

Q: What facilities can we use in the kitchen?

A: Each of our kitchens has cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, mop and bucket, brush, trash can and vacuum cleaner (only available in some apartments, please consult the front desk of the apartment for details). Some kitchens also have kettles and ironing boards (Iron not included).

Q: Can I connect to the Internet in the room?
