Details

You need to pay 4 weeks rent as a deposit after booking the room

You can cancel your reservation at any time 30 days before the rental start date, and the apartment will refund the rent and part of the deposit (2 weeks rent) you paid. If the rental start date is less than 30 days, the apartment will have the right not to refund all the deposit and rent you have paid.

Students need to pay for deposit which is 4 weeks rent.

Cancellations earlier than 30 days prior to check in date, students can receive a full refund of rent and 2 weeks rent of deposit.

Cancellation later than 30 days will receive no refund.
