Besides the room fee, are there any other expenses?
In addition to the room fee, we also charge a service fee of 114 pounds, which includes a cleaning and disinfection before check-in and a new bedding (sheets, quilt covers, pillows, quilts). In order to ensure the safety of the property in the room, we also charge a housing deposit of 250 pounds. After checking out, you will receive a refund reminder email from our finance department, and you can refund according to the steps.

When do I need to pay?
The deposit of 250 pounds needs to be paid within 48 hours after receiving the Invoice; the rest of the room fee needs to be paid 4 weeks or more before check-in. If the booking date is less than 4 weeks from the check-in date, payment must be made together with the deposit.
Is an installment purchase possible?
Yes, we offer installment payment plans for orders over £5,000 in total, please consult our sales consultant for details.
What is the cancellation policy like?
If you cancel the order more than four weeks before check-in, you can cancel the order without liability by paying a deposit of 250 pounds and a service fee of 114 pounds. Cancellation within four weeks before check-in will incur a £250 deposit, £114 service charge, and 4 weeks room rate. If you cancel the reservation after check-in, you need to be responsible for the full amount of the rental period, pay the full amount or find a replacement to cancel the contract. After subletting, the deposit will not be refunded.

Is double occupancy possible?
Yes, some studios allow double occupancy for an additional charge of £50 per week.
Can I choose a room number?
Sorry, we offer a flexible rental period of 2-51 weeks, and the room turnover rate is high. We cannot provide customers with accurate room numbers when booking. The specific room arrangement is subject to the notice at the front desk when you check in.
Can students from other cities book a room?
Yes, as long as you are a student and over 18 years old.
