I like this accommodation (Chapter Lewisham), there is a nice gym, nice staff, especially it is very convenient, because there are many different brand supermarkets around here. Totally, not bad!
Although it is a bit far from the city center, the transportation is quite convenient. Just a short walk downstairs leads you to asda, and there are various supermarkets around, which is very convenient. It usually takes about four to five minutes to walk to the bus stop. Breakfast is provided on workdays. The view outside the window is also nice!
It has all the necessary facilities, but it's a bit old, though it does not affect usability. It's a 6-minute walk to Lewishan station, and it's relatively convenient to get to the city center. The price is relatively cheap, offering great value for money.
The house is well-equipped, and the agent's explanation is very clear. The apartment is very close to the school.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows are indeed a great feature, very bright; in addition, the side windows can be opened for ventilation. However, this also brings about sound insulation issues. I live on the second floor, and the traffic noise from below can be quite noticeable, especially with the many motorcycles and police cars. There are no sound insulation issues between rooms. Breakfast is provided, but if you go late, there's nothing left 🙂↔️

Generally speaking, it is quite safe to live here in lewisham, but my apartment type will make a little noise facing the railway tracks. The public facilities of the apartment are often broken. After living here for about 7 months, more than half the time, there is only one small entrance gate that works properly, and almost only one elevator is functioning. There was even a day when both elevators were out of order, which made living on the 11th floor very inconvenient. The windows do not face the train, but opening them creates a lot of noise and the ventilation is poor. There are many people downstairs 🍃 and sometimes the smell can be noticed even in the room. I have encountered several times where non-residents directly climbed over the gate to enter the apartment; only once did I see staff stop someone. Overall, the service of the apartment is very poor, but taking the train is relatively convenient, while other transportation options are average.
Very good, I'm getting used to living here.
