Overall, it is a very good apartment. Because it is a new building, the facilities are relatively new, but the aging process is also quite fast. After living here for a year, small cracks in the walls and cabinet doors dropping can be seen, but it does not affect living there. Facilities: Very complete. There is a gym, cinema, pool table, table tennis table, and many public study areas. Most importantly, the entire building is air-conditioned. Internet speed: The internet speed provided by the apartment is average, and sometimes it can be lagging. Sound insulation: The sound insulation between the apartment building and the outside world is very good, even if it is next to a highway, you will not hear a loud traffic noise. However, the sound insulation between rooms is relatively poor, and you can hear loud conversations from next door. Location: The building is right by the road, and it takes about 6 to 7 minutes on foot to Hammersmith subway station and the bus terminal. Whether driving, taking the bus, or the subway, it is very convenient. There are also a few temporary parking spots downstairs. Hygiene: Staff clean the public areas daily. So far, there have been no signs of bugs in the building.

When you first move in, just connect one commonly used device, register with an email account, fill in the necessary information such as your room number, and you're all set. Any other devices can then connect directly. Each room's WiFi can support up to 6 devices at the same time, and the space is also very, very spacious. Soundproofing: Overall, the soundproofing is pretty good. I've been sleeping well these past few days and have hardly ever been woken up by noise from next door. As for outdoor noise, you can close the window and wear earplugs, and everything is still easy to deal with. Cleanliness: When I first moved in, the fridge had a bit of an odor and the extractor fan was a little dusty. But I wiped and cleaned the parts I could handle myself with alcohol wipes. As for the two issues mentioned above, I contacted the front desk, and they were resolved directly within a few days. I'd say they are very responsible toward students in this regard. Overall, the cleanliness is also great. Location: The location is very convenient. It's within a 30-minute walk of London train stations, the British Museum, and UCL, and it's also in central London.

The apartment is indeed in a great location. Just cross the road when you go out and there are Lidl and Iceland, and it's also very convenient to walk to RCA. Rooms close to the inner courtyard can sometimes smell people smoking in the courtyard, which is very unpleasant. Additionally: The security makes it feel very safe, and parcels are collected by the front desk so you don't have to worry about them getting lost. However, food deliveries can sometimes go missing, and there is a tall Black front-desk staff member who may give Asian people extra trouble, so be careful.

The child checked into Chapter Kings Cross, which is not as terrible as described in some books; in fact, the experience was quite good. Firstly, the geographical location is excellent, right next to King's Cross Station, with subway and train connections readily available; secondly, the rooms are very new and clean; I don't know how they manage to keep it so spotless, and there are no signs of mold in the bathroom, which I was very satisfied with (since I personally visited this apartment in London while sending my child). The apartment has strict security management, and the common areas are cleaned and maintained regularly. The room has great soundproofing, and the environment is quiet at night, making it very suitable for creative work, studying, and resting. Nearby transport stops are close by, so getting around is convenient. Overall, living here feels safe and comfortable, and it is very suitable for international students.

The sink broke and they came to fix it five times, but it was never actually fixed. Every time, they would just come over with a spoon or a toilet plunger, poke at it a couple of times, and leave, making my room extremely dirty, with dirty water everywhere. They even used my pot to scoop up the dirty water without asking me. Then they would set off the fire alarm at eight or nine in the morning, saying it was a drill, and make a bunch of people stand downstairs half-asleep and looking a mess. We had to write down our room numbers one by one before we could leave. Yeah, anyway, it's really hard to even explain. The air conditioning also can't be adjusted by yourself. They set it to 16°C in the summer and 30°C in the winter, and you can't turn it off. They also don't allow the windows to be opened, and the windows basically can't be opened anyway—just two panes of glass. It's hard to describe. If you ignore all of that and only look at the room itself, it's still okay. For this price, the studio room is pretty decent. It's just the service and some of these issues that are really frustrating.
