On the first day I moved in, it was too late to check the room facilities. When I was getting ready to wash up, I found that the bathroom floor drain was clogged, the shower had no hot water, and the sink drained extremely slowly. The subway station is right outside, and the window soundproofing is completely inadequate. Even with the windows tightly closed, I could still clearly hear the sound of the subway running.
