Delayed check-in, water outages, and parties happening in the hallway at three or four in the morning. I finally made it to the Christmas break, but was forced to go back to my home country due to the water outage. Now, it’s great, I don’t even have a dorm anymore. This issue went from 'we'll fix it within 48 hours' to five months of waiting. The reception staff are incredibly mean, with absolutely no work efficiency, but they maintain a very high attitude. Every time there’s an issue, everyone gives a different explanation and they take no responsibility at all.
