Located in the bustling area of London, it's very crowded, and the London Bridge station is right downstairs. The room is well-equipped, and the view is quite nice. At night, the water temperature for the shower is a bit cool, and the fire alarm goes off frequently, requiring the whole building to evacuate; sometimes it goes off in the middle of the night, which is truly absurd. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows and operable windows that provide good ventilation. The front desk staff is friendly, and although the delivery room looks messy, it's easy to find what you need. The biggest downside is that waiting for the elevator can take a long time; all elevators are shared and not designated by floor, making them prone to breakdowns.

1. The room does not have the air conditioning as described by the platform consultant; it only features a fresh air system, which cannot be adjusted according to personal needs. 2. The apartment is new, and the facilities were not ready when it opened. The contract started on the 13th, but the apartment management temporarily postponed it to the 20th. The laundry room, gym, coffee bar, etc. can only be used after over 10 days of入住. The parcel room has also been unusable for half a month now. 3. After moving in, the room has numerous issues; the apartment had a water leak which caused the entire building to be without water for three days before it was fixed, and the bedboard in the room is cracked with the sink plug being rusty. The elevator is extremely slow and just got repaired, and countless rooms in the building still have heating issues that are being fixed gradually. The sound insulation is also quite average.

4. There are no surveillance cameras in the entire building.

6. The electric heater does not work properly.
As of now, there has been no compensation, and I have been living in a hotel, a terrible experience...

The lease has started, but the apartment is still in a half-renovated state, and there are continuous issues after moving in! Ceiling leaks, no heating, no hot water…
Recently there has been a complete water shutdown for repairs, causing trouble for all residents, and it is uncertain when the issues will be resolved and normalcy restored :)
