Location: The building is right by the road, and it takes about 6 to 7 minutes on foot to Hammersmith subway station and the bus terminal. Whether driving, taking the bus, or the subway, it is very convenient. There are also a few temporary parking spots downstairs.
Hygiene: Staff clean the public areas daily. So far, there have been no signs of bugs in the building.

It was truly amazing to live in such a modern and comfortable studio during my year in London! Having air conditioning that never lost power during the unusually hot summer was an absolute lifesaver. Supermarkets, shopping malls, IKEA, and Chinese supermarkets nearby make life incredibly convenient, and the transport links are even better. The only downside is that the soundproofing is indeed just average.
