The new house is very close to the subway station, just a five-minute walk. There are various supermarkets nearby, making life convenient. The common areas are spacious with plenty of sofas, and there are even hot pot gatherings on weekdays. Overall, it's quite nice.

There are two spaces under the bed to store suitcases, and the bathroom also has a mirror cabinet for storage. The room faces east, providing good indoor lighting; as long as the sun doesn't set, a small desk lamp is sufficient for work needs. The design of the common area is particularly beautiful and cozy, featuring a strong Nordic style, and it generally remains quite clean. It may also be the student apartment with the largest common area among the nearby apartments. The only drawback is that the small round table for dining is a bit low, and the kitchen storage space may be insufficient for those who cook often.
