It's really nice. Facilities: They're all very new and complete because it just opened. Internet speed: Very fast. The free WiFi is more than sufficient. Soundproofing: Excellent. I've never been disturbed by noise. Hygiene: It's new, all clean and brand new.
The new building is indeed nice; it is the most comfortable place I've lived in three years. The sound insulation between the rooms is good, and although the corridor isn't particularly soundproof, it's acceptable. The furniture in the room is all new, the view outside the window is nice and spacious, and the fire safety equipment is also complete.

The design of the common area is particularly beautiful and cozy, featuring a strong Nordic style, and it generally remains quite clean. It may also be the student apartment with the largest common area among the nearby apartments. The only drawback is that the small round table for dining is a bit low, and the kitchen storage space may be insufficient for those who cook often.
This elevator is not very easy to use and has poor sound insulation. I don't really like the industrial style of the Arthur house roof, and the windows are a bit small. However, the public areas are quite clean and are regularly cleaned.
