The previous period of time was quite good, the geographical location was also good, and the life was very convenient. However, the leakage of my flat water pipe caused more than half of my personal belongings to be infected with mold. I only claimed 100 pounds from the apartment, and so far there has been no news. After they refused to compensate, I wrote a reasonable rebuttal. They chose to ignore my email directly because they could not refute the contents of the letter. Their attitude was quite bad. The room facilities were very old, and there were many power outages, water leaks and other incidents, careful check-in
