The front desk service attitude is good, not bad.

The apartment has a good response, the reception is convenient for receiving packages, but the house has a bit of an old-fashioned feel.

The time I spent living there was quite good, the location was also nice, and it was very convenient. However, later on, my flat's water pipe leaked, causing a large portion of my personal belongings to become moldy. I only requested a compensation of £100 from the apartment management, but have not received any response to date. After they refused to compensate, I wrote a well-reasoned rebuttal; they couldn't counter the contents of my letter and chose to completely ignore my emails, which was quite rude. The facilities in the room were very old, and there were frequent incidents of power outages and leaks. I advise caution when considering to stay there.

No microwave (I probably missed that), and the sound insulation between the adjacent room and the corridor is pretty good, but the outside noise is really too loud!

Just moved in. It's very big but a bit old and not very safe. However, the customer service didn't tell me, which is really frustrating.
