The location is very good overall, close to the District Line and Central Line. There are many bus routes at the entrance, and it is very safe to walk home along the main road at night.
There is a supermarket 50 meters away, which is quite convenient.
There are large study areas, meeting/discussion rooms, and a game room.
There is no air conditioning, so it gets a bit hot in May and June.
The room furnishings are relatively new and convenient to use.
The soundproofing is average—not particularly good or bad.
The room feels a little small.
