The only downside is that the security outside of office hours sometimes has poor eyesight and might miss packages, so it's best to pick up deliveries during office hours.

The Spring mews is well-equipped, has good security, and the front desk staff are friendly. It is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, study room, and laundry room. The public lobby on the first floor is very bright, which is rare in student apartments. The kitchen is also spacious, with plenty of storage space. It is a 10-minute walk to Vauxhall subway station and bus stop, making transportation very convenient.

The bathroom has a strong smell of urine, which I suspect is due to leftover residue from the previous tenant at the connection of the toilet seat. However, it's inconvenient to request maintenance for disassembly. After two weeks of constant follow-ups, the repair guys who came twice smelled more like perfume than the urine smell and claimed they couldn't smell anything. They were unwilling to help me change it because they said they didn’t have time. I told them that with the time they spent talking, they could have reinstalled it twice over, but they still wouldn’t listen.
