There were mice in the room, which was very scary. The mice might have made their way through the passage. After reporting it to the apartment, there was no action for at least two weeks. There may be exterior wall renovations next year, so it is advised not to enter the balcony freely, especially not to stay from the 23rd to the 24th. The apartment does not have facilities such as a gym or pool, so the price is not worth it. Last year, there was a period when teenagers were loitering downstairs to rob people; a friend of mine was robbed right outside the apartment while ordering an Uber on their phone, and the apartment had no surveillance cameras, so the robber couldn't be caught. It was only after residents collectively emailed that the apartment took notice and contacted the police to patrol. In summary, don’t stay there!
Thank you Andy for helping me find a satisfactory house, the apartment has complete supporting facilities and convenient transportation.
15 minutes from the school, convenient. The front desk staff are sometimes not there. The scaffolding outside has been removed, and the environment is better than before. It used to look unattractive, but this year it has a new environment.
The elevator is convenient, there is a private bathroom, and the facilities are complete. The staff is patient and friendly. The windows are clean and bright. This house really exceeded expectations; the lighting from the windows is exceptional, and the whole house is very bright, making it especially comfortable to stay. All kinds of facilities are fully equipped, and you can move in with just your luggage. The reception staff is professional and friendly, providing detailed explanations and thoughtful service, leaving no room for criticism. The cost-performance ratio is very high.
Very close to Southwark and Borough subway stations, within a ten-minute walk. There are quite a few convenience stores nearby, making shopping very convenient. The front desk staff are quite nice and friendly.
It's pretty good. The surroundings are very convenient. The common area has free coffee and hot chocolate, as well as a billiard table. Repairs usually come the next day, but the soundproofing is a bit lacking.
The room layout is quite good, the storage space is sufficient, and the socket placement is also acceptable. However, the reception downstairs sometimes closes during the day, and it's a bit far to walk to KCL Strand, which takes about 25 minutes. The nearest bus stop to the school is an 8-minute walk, but there is a direct bus to Kings Cross train station, which is convenient. There are also some decent supermarkets nearby; it takes about 8 minutes to walk to Tesco and Sainsbury's. A bit further ahead are Amazon Fresh and Marks & Spencer, which are about a 15-minute walk to the Chinese supermarket.
Not bad. The front desk attitude is good. The geographical location is superior.
The residential facilities in the apartment are somewhat outdated, and there has been considerable renovation noise in the surrounding area recently, which affects rest. The kitchen hygiene is not well maintained, and the overall experience is average. I hope that improvements and maintenance can be made in the future. The transportation is okay.
Like, the kitchen is very large, the facilities are also good, and the surrounding environment needs improvement.

The reception is very friendly, and they always provide answers whenever I have questions. The common room has a ping pong table. There is also a study room for doing homework. It's very convenient around here, with several KCL campuses nearby. The supermarket is not far away either. It's centrally located, making it easy to go anywhere. The staff are responsible and attentive, repairs are reported and responded to quickly, the internet speed is fast, the heating is good, and the cost-performance ratio of the housing is high.

The overall living experience of this property is quite good, with a high cost-performance ratio. The house is located in an excellent position, with convenient transportation nearby; both buses and subways are very close, making daily travel very convenient. The community environment is quiet and tidy, with good greenery, proper security measures, and a sense of safety when living there. The interior decoration is simple and practical, with excellent lighting and ventilation, complete furniture and appliances that are in good working condition, fully meeting daily living needs, so you can move in with just your luggage. The landlord is warm and reliable, communication is smooth, and the house was cleaned properly before moving in, with attention to detail. If any minor issues arise during the rental period, the landlord responds promptly and resolves them effectively, providing particularly thoughtful service. The surrounding facilities are complete, with supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies available, offering high convenience for daily life. The layout of the unit is square, with a reasonable space arrangement that avoids wasted area, ensuring a comfortable and non-repressive living environment. Overall, whether it’s transportation, environment, or living experience, everything is satisfactory, making it a very pleasant rental experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to friends in need of renting; choosing here will definitely not disappoint.

It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the KCL Waterloo campus, and there are quite a few small supermarkets nearby, making shopping and attending school convenient. It saves a lot on transportation costs, although there have been occasional power outages and a few cases of phone theft downstairs. However, it is still quite safe inside the apartment building.
