It takes about five to ten minutes to walk to the school and business school, and five minutes to walk to the nearest Tesco. The house is quite warm, and the rooms are relatively soundproof; not to mention the upstairs and downstairs. The maintenance efficiency of the apartment is very high, and the staff is friendly. Plugging in an ethernet cable for gaming provides a stable 20ms latency. There are also Subway and a few bars nearby.

The room was clean and tidy overall, the bedding was comfortable, and the hot water supply was stable. However, the bathroom ventilation was slightly weak, with a mild odor. I hope housekeeping and disinfection can be improved and the exhaust system optimized. I look forward to a better stay next time.

This student apartment is inexpensive, and the apartment staff are very friendly.

The soundproofing is pretty good, really good, you can hardly hear anything from the next door unless you hear someone talking when you walk in the hallway, the WiFi is fast, it's very clean, there is also hot water, and in the public area you can play billiards, it's very safe as you need to swipe a card to enter.

Pretty good, consistent with the pictures. Overall, the dormitory is clean, and there's a chance to get a surprise blind box (it's a new room haha). The rest is a bit old, but it's all very OK, nothing new but well-equipped.
