Student Studio Flats in Preston

Facilities: Everything is brand new. There is an electric heater, and the kitchen has a microwave, an induction cooktop, a small Midea refrigerator, and fairly sufficient storage space. It also comes with a small dining table. The study desk has a swivel chair. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, is spacious enough, and has an electric heated towel rack. Overall, it is quite a comfortable apartment, with two elevators, a gym, a billiards room, and a laundry room. Cons: There are a bit too few power outlets, and there is no outlet in the bathroom. The bedside outlets and switches are a little far from the bed. There is no oven or range hood. Internet speed: Although each room has its own WiFi, videos tend to lag, so it's just average. Soundproofing: You can hear sounds from the hallway and outside the window (with the door and windows closed), but generally it's okay. Cleanliness: It's quite clean, and someone comes to clean. Location: Although there is no supermarket in the building itself, it is quite close to supermarkets and the school. Just a few steps away, there is a small supermarket in the apartment building next door.... You need to swipe a card to enter the apartment, so it feels quite safe. The staff are very nice and enthusiastic, and they even help carry luggage.

Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I honestly cannot recommend my agent enough! From the very beginning, the experience has been absolutely amazing. The level of professionalism, patience, dedication, and genuine support I received was exceptional. What stood out to me the most was the willingness to guide me through every step of the process, answer my questions, and ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. I never felt left alone to figure things out for myself. The reassurance, timely communication, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. It is rare to come across someone who approaches their work with such commitment and genuinely cares about the people they serve. My agent went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for all the help and support. If you are looking for an agent who is reliable, professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals, look no further! I would choose them over and over again without hesitation. Thank you for making this journey such a beautiful and seamless experience. You have been nothing short of amazing, and I appreciate you more than words can express. Highly, highly recommended Unnati❤️🥰!

Throughout the whole process of week she has been with me in each and every step to consult and helps me which make me feel more comfortable and make the process more flexible and easy. I would like to thank her for helping me for the accommodation in UK.

From July last year, in preparation for my study abroad starting in September, I used uhomes to secure student accommodation. Mr. Masataka was incredibly dedicated and kind in assisting me with my room search and contract process, allowing me to complete my accommodation contract smoothly. I am truly grateful for his support. If you are struggling to find student accommodation, I highly recommend using uhomes!

Great experience, quite convenient, really good! I am very satisfied!

It takes about five to ten minutes to walk to the school and business school, and five minutes to walk to the nearest Tesco. The house is quite warm, and the rooms are relatively soundproof; not to mention the upstairs and downstairs. The maintenance efficiency of the apartment is very high, and the staff is friendly. Plugging in an ethernet cable for gaming provides a stable 20ms latency. There are also Subway and a few bars nearby.

Very good osjjdjksnxskdn

The room is fully equipped with a private bathroom
Clean and tidy
The front desk service is very good

The room is very nice and the community greenery is great.

Still worth recommending. The housing resources are 100% genuine.

Shopping is convenient, and it's also close to the school.

The room is quite clean and new, with complete facilities around, making it very convenient.

The geographical location is excellent, and the environment is beautiful.

The service was excellent, and the room was very nice.

The room was clean and tidy overall, the bedding was comfortable, and the hot water supply was stable. However, the bathroom ventilation was slightly weak, with a mild odor. I hope housekeeping and disinfection can be improved and the exhaust system optimized. I look forward to a better stay next time.

This student apartment is inexpensive, and the apartment staff are very friendly.

The soundproofing is pretty good, really good, you can hardly hear anything from the next door unless you hear someone talking when you walk in the hallway, the WiFi is fast, it's very clean, there is also hot water, and in the public area you can play billiards, it's very safe as you need to swipe a card to enter.

The internet is fast, the sound insulation is good, and the facilities are new.

Pretty good, consistent with the pictures. Overall, the dormitory is clean, and there's a chance to get a surprise blind box (it's a new room haha). The rest is a bit old, but it's all very OK, nothing new but well-equipped.

It's very close to the school, and there's a convenience store downstairs.
