Station Court is a cheap student accommodation in London. It currently offers only the Classic En-suite Room, which offers excellent value for money accommodation with an upmarket contemporary design and décor, superb amenities and an extremely convenient location. Conveniently located within walking distance of Seven Sisters MRT Station, the flats are just 5 minutes away from Seven Sisters MRT Station. From Senen Sisters Tube Station, it takes approximately 12 minutes to reach Warren Street Tube Station. Then, you can walk to the University College London, The London School of Economics and Political Science, School of Oriental and African Studies, Birkbeck, University of London, University of Westminster, and the University of the Arts London in approximately 15 minutes.

 

Features:

Station Court offers 225 beds, all Ensuite rooms offering single beds measuring approximately 90cm x 190cm.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is fully equipped with a desk, wardrobe, curtains, dressing mirror, internet connection and ample storage space under the bed for your luggage. You must share the kitchen with six little ones with a fridge, hob, microwave, oven and extractor hood. The flat has a study room and entertainment area and free WIFI coverage throughout the apartment. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, which students need coins to use.

 

Location and What's Hot?

Station Court is located in North London on the lively High Road, convenient for bars, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, launderettes, post offices and banks. It is only a 5-minute walk to Seven Sister underground station, which is well-served by the London Underground so that you can get to every corner of the city. There is a Tesco South Tottenham Superstore 7 minutes walk away and a clinic 9 minutes walk away. The flat is also surrounded by Wickes, Brazilian Shop, Sainsbury's Local, Screwfix and other shopping malls, as well as restaurants, cafes and supermarkets to meet your daily life needs, and several fitness centres such as the Tottenham Green Leisure Centre are within a 10-minute walk. In addition, there are parks and green spaces all around the flats, which can be reached within minutes by the underground.

 

Transport:

Station Court is easily accessible by public transport, with many bus routes connecting to popular areas of London, and the Seven Sisters tube and train stations are only a 5-minute walk away. The Victoria line takes you to the centre of London in about 15 minutes. Warren Street and Holborn stations, surrounded by London's universities, are 12 minutes away by tube, with UCL, University of London School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), LSE and other colleges and universities scattered nearby, and the University of Westminster is only 19 minutes away by tube. The hostel is surrounded by several bus routes connecting to various popular areas in London. 24-hour bus route 243 goes directly to Waterloo tube/train station, route 476 to Euston, and you can reach the Burberry factory in London in about 5 minutes by Overground.

 

Security & Services:

The flats are secured by 24-hour security and surveillance, with access control and free contents insurance to ensure the safety of your person and property. If you need maintenance services, request them on the MY Unite APP, and we will send you a professional maintenance person to help you in the first place. There are also vending machines, bicycle storage and a free fortnightly cleaning service in the communal areas.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay

If your application for a visa has been declined. Please note that this does not include situations where your visa has been granted and subsequently withdrawn. You can provide us with evidence demonstrating that you meet the above criteria, your request for cancellation will be granted. If you have already accepted your Tenancy Agreement and paid your first instalment of rent at the date your cancellation request is granted, we will refund you the first instalment of Rent less the deposit fee.

No Place No Pay

If you have failed to obtain your grades to study at university and as such do not have student status. You can provide us with evidence demonstrating that you meet the above criteria, your request for cancellation will be granted. If you have already accepted your Tenancy Agreement and paid your first instalment of rent at the date your cancellation request is granted, we will refund you the first instalment of Rent less the deposit fee.

Cancellation policy
For bookings made after 31st July, to secure your Room you must do the following within the Decision-Making Period:
1. Pay your deposit and your first instalment of Rent.
2. Both the Tenant and the Guarantor must sign the Tenancy Agreement

Failure to secure your Room within the required timescales may result in the cancellation of your booking by us.

Cancelling on or after 1st August after receiving tenancy agreement
To request to cancel your booking outside of the Decision-Making Period on or after 31st July but prior to the Tenancy Start Date as set out in the Tenancy Agreement, you must meet any of the following criteria:
1. Your application for a visa has been declined. Please note that this does not include situations where your visa has been granted and subsequently withdrawn.
2. You have failed to obtain your grades to study at university and as such do not have student status.
If you meet any of the above cancellation criteria and can provide us with evidence demonstrating that you meet the above criteria, your request for cancellation will be granted. If you have already accepted your Tenancy Agreement and paid your first instalment of rent at the date your cancellation request is granted, we will refund you the first instalment of Rent less the deposit fee.
If you need to cancel your booking outside of the Decision-Making Period on or after 31st July but prior to the Tenancy Start Date as set out in the Tenancy Agreement after accepting your Tenancy Agreement and having paid your first instalment of Rent but cannot meet the above Cancellation Criteria you will remain liable in full for the Rent for the full term of the Tenancy Agreement. This is unless a suitable replacement tenant can be found by you, acceptance of which will be at our sole discretion. Please note that we will not agree to a replacement tenant unless all outstanding accounts with us are settled. There is a charge of £250 plus vat for a replacement student.
Any decision made to release you from your Tenancy Agreement for any reason that does not fall within the Cancellation Criteria is made by us, at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.



Tenancy Agreement
You will receive a copy of your Tenancy Agreement, including confirmation letter and terms of conditions for review and acceptance via the student portal.
A tenancy agreements will only come into effect and the Tenants right to occupy the room will only start once;
(a)The first instalment of rent has been received by us in cleared funds; and

(b)The Tenancy Agreement has been signed by you and (unless waived by the Landlord) the Guarantor
