I booked a room on Yixiang, and the agent was very enthusiastic; the entire booking process was very smooth.

The room was clean and tidy, and the studio for one person was a full 25 square meters, with complete and almost new facilities, which gave me a great surprise.

The apartment has a laundry room, a cinema, a billiard table, a gym, a basketball court, and a variety of fitness equipment; the front desk service is available whenever needed.

The environment around the apartment is tranquil, and the road downstairs is not a main thoroughfare with hardly any vehicle traffic, so there is virtually no noise at all, making it very suitable for friends who enjoy peace and quiet.

If you ask me how Mungo is, it's definitely a must-stay 😋😋😋 The elevator is slower than in China, and it was out of service for 3 months during the Christmas holidays. There are a total of two treadmills in the gym, one is broken and it hasn't been repaired for a year. For safety reasons, the windows have limiters, so the ventilation is average. When new arrivals come, the apartment expects you to tidy up the common areas. The photo of the kitchen on p3 is the kitchen we tidied up, and p4 is what the apartment team said about our kitchen not being clean enough. When I moved in, my toilet was missing a floor drain cover on p5 (p6 is normal), and the odor was very strong. I reported it to the front desk, and they told me they didn't think it was missing a part, and if I felt it was a problem, I should buy one myself. I went to the front desk and emailed them three or four times without resolution. Later, I contacted uhomes.com customer service to have them send an email, and a maintenance worker came. He took a quick look at my bathroom, went downstairs to get a part, and installed it for me. Uhomes.com is really reliable. The maintenance speed at Mungo is fast, and the customer service attitude is good, paying a lot of attention to the safety of the residents 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great place to stay, a couple of minutes' walk to the university: Strathclyde and College of Glasgow. The staff are friendly and willing to solve problems; they always greet us with smiles. The common areas are clean and tidy, with many accessible facilities such as billiards, kitchen, table tennis, laundry room, cinema room, and gaming console.

This apartment has an excellent location, just a five to ten-minute walk to transportation hubs and the core business district, with supermarkets and restaurants all around, making daily living very convenient.The facilities far exceeded expectations; not only are the appliances and furniture well-equipped and brand new, but the dishwasher and dryer are also very useful, greatly enhancing the living experience. Initially, I was worried that being near the street would be noisy, but upon moving in, I found the soundproofing of the house to be done extremely well, completely isolating the external noise. It is very quiet at night, and the sleep quality is very high.Finally, let's talk about the overall environment. The internal landscaping of the community is very meticulous, the security system is strict yet user-friendly, and the public areas are cleaned daily by dedicated staff. It makes people feel comfortable and secure.

I really enjoyed living in the Stewart house. The staff do not enter the room without permission; even when the door is opened, they will wait a distance away until you agree to let them in. If there are any issues, they will come over across the street. It is very close to the city center, but if you think that's too far, there are also large supermarkets nearby to buy food. The only downside is that it is quite far from the school, which is not suitable for students with evening classes. The heating is sufficient and controlled by water heating, and there are no restrictions on using Chinese electrical appliances; they will not look around when entering your room. During festivals, they also decorate the dormitory building here. There will be dormitory activities... In summer, be careful of flying insects, and remember not to live too low in the building. Book early for a large room, but the small nest is also very nice.

You need to present the QR code to the front desk staff in order to pick up your package, which prevents the situation of picking up the wrong package or losing packages. Every morning, there is a cleaning lady who tidies up every part of the apartment, so the entire place is very clean. The public area facilities are quite well-equipped, and the necessary facilities are all available, just as shown in the promotional pictures. There are also plenty of washing machines and dryers. The room is large and quiet. I stayed in a silver studio.
