The apartment is very new, clean, and in a good environment, close to both the school and the city center. It's bustling around here, making shopping very convenient. The windows inside are large, providing good lighting. It's a very cozy place; I really don't want to move out, haha, I really want to stay here for a longer time.

Staying at the Vita high-end student apartment feels great👍🏻 The front desk is very welcoming and friendly, and the check-in process is super convenient. The apartment comes with a gym, recreation room, cinema, study room, laundry room, and lounge, among others. The entertainment life beyond studying is very exciting and can greatly enrich the study abroad experience. I live in room 922 of FS, and the room layout is particularly good, with a partition between the kitchen and bedroom, so no need to worry about living in greasiness while in the studio!

The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly, communication is timely, very safe and convenient, the facilities are complete and all new, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the delivery is also very easy to collect. It is a very high-quality housing resource.

I absolutely loved my stay at Chandos House! The Gold En Suite Plus room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable year. The location on Granby Row is unbeatable – super close to campus and local amenities, making daily life really easy. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever I had questions, and the building facilities (like the common areas and laundry) were always kept in great condition. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely recommend it to other students!

The mattresses provided are also firm, which is beneficial for the spine. The front desk provides 24-hour service, so you can pick up packages anytime. It is quiet at night and during the day as well. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer good ventilation and lighting. It is truly a great experience.

The location is very good, close to the train station, making it very convenient to go anywhere. It takes 5 minutes to get to class, which is great for the North Campus.

The apartment is overall quite clean, with good hardware facilities. Since it is newly built, all equipment is new. The surrounding environment is good, transportation is convenient, and it is a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. The price is reasonable, and there are often small events, raffles, or free snacks. Highly recommended!

Wilmslow Park, under IQ, is known as the crown jewel of the South Campus at Manchester University. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets downstairs, it backs onto a park, and the apartment includes a gym. The location is also excellent. The three-person ensuite I booked provides a generally good experience!

Vita First Street is conveniently located with a great living environment, complete facilities, and a clean, safe atmosphere, making it suitable for students. The staff is friendly, and the overall living experience is very comfortable and cost-effective. The elevator is also very fast, with almost no waiting time.

The equipment is special, and there are many activity rooms, gyms, cinemas, KTV, and billiard halls. Moreover, the safety is particularly high.
