It is very suitable for students pursuing their master's degrees at Sheffield. The geographical location is the biggest plus point, just a 9-minute walk to the main campus of Sheffield University. It only takes a few minutes to get to the city center, Chinese supermarkets, and chain supermarkets. There's no hassle for classes, shopping, or commuting; the commuting cost is extremely low. The apartment has 24-hour access control and security at the front desk, entry is card-based, and there are cameras covering the hallways, making it feel very safe even for a solo dweller. Large luggage and international packages can be sent directly to the apartment front desk for collection, making the process of moving in especially worry-free. I live in an En-suite room that is spacious enough, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The bedroom includes a double bed, a super large wardrobe, and a desk, and the storage space is completely sufficient. The communal kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. The 250M high-speed Wi-Fi is stable and does not drop, allowing for stress-free online research and classes. The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet), which means no separate bills to pay, saving a lot of hassle. The public facilities are very well-maintained, with a free gym, study room, movie screening room, and leisure courtyard all open to residents. During my spare time, I can study quietly or socialize with classmates from the apartment. The property maintenance response speed is very quick; if there is an appliance malfunction, I can submit a request online, and staff will come to handle it on the same day, with friendly and patient service. A minor drawback is that there can be occasional queues in the kitchen during peak hours, and the low floors facing the street may have slight street noise, but closing the windows basically does not affect resting. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is high in Sheffield student accommodations.

The people here are quite nice, with international students coming to stay. This year, I've noticed that in addition to many Chinese students, there are also a lot of students from the Middle East, **** students. Three of my roommates are from ****, two girls and one boy, and they are all quite nice. There is a private bathroom and a wardrobe, a small double size bed, and a semi-circular wall-mounted desk. The window is a bit small, but it's sufficient. For future friends who are coming, it's better to rent a higher floor. I'm on the second floor, and when I open the window, there's a trash can directly opposite. Sigh, it's hard to describe. It would be better if the window faced the street, although it might not be as quiet as facing the inner courtyard.

Overall, it's very nice. The apartment has various facilities such as a game room, karaoke room, Mahjong machine, communal kitchen, self-study room, etc. The environment is very clean, and there are people scheduled to clean regularly. The 24-hour front desk is also very responsible, and package collection is very convenient. The apartment's location has a supermarket downstairs.

It's a 15-minute walk from the management school and right across from the Arts Tower. Shopping is also very convenient, as there is a 24-hour convenience store next to the apartment.

The apartment is pretty good. I am a student at Xie Da, and the teaching building is close to me, making it very convenient to attend classes. It is only a 5-minute walk to the library, and there is a coop downstairs, making shopping very convenient. The Panda Supermarket and Hengsheng Trading are also very close, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to Xijie. There is also NHS across the street, so the location is quite nice. The studio in the apartment is spacious enough for one person.

The apartment is pretty good, very close to Xie Da, and it's convenient for school (although it requires climbing uphill). There's a COOP downstairs, which makes shopping very convenient, and it's close to Panda Supermarket. It takes just a few minutes to walk to West Street. Right across is the NHS, so we can say the location is quite good. The studio in the apartment is also spacious enough for one person.

SW has nice features, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view, the staff is very friendly, the apartment facilities are better than those in other apartments, the location is also convenient. It's really a pity that the next roommates will be moving out, otherwise, I would really miss this place.

The public facilities at Hollis Croft are truly comprehensive, with cinemas, KTV, study rooms, a communal kitchen, and a common lounge all available. There are plenty of places to hang out with friends. The reception is open 24 hours, so you can always find someone to help you with any issues you encounter, and the heating is very adequate, making it super warm in winter.
