Facilities and services are top-notch: ● Heating: The heating is very sufficient; wearing short sleeves indoors in winter is no problem at all. ● Cleaning: Cleaning is not provided by default to protect privacy, but the response is very quick if you contact them proactively. ● Elevator and parking: There is an elevator, and you do not need to queue for it; there is also a row of dedicated parking spaces at the entrance, which is very convenient for drivers. ● Internet speed: Stable and fast. The apartment's safety measures are very well implemented. Although there are occasional fire alarm tests, this is exactly what ensures safety. ● Emergency handling: Once, I accidentally triggered the alarm while cooking, and the staff came immediately to help ventilate the air. Not only did they not charge any extra fees, but they also kept comforting me, which felt very humane. ● Surrounding environment management: There used to be homeless people harassing others at the supermarket entrance. After I reported it to the apartment/supermarket, security patrols were increased the very next day, which made me feel very safe. ● Community activities: The apartment occasionally holds events in the lobby, handing out candy and snacks,

The price of £130 per week for these configurations is already quite reasonable. The internet speed is also very fast, which is the fastest I have encountered among several student apartments. The apartment also has facilities like a gym, common room, ping-pong table, etc. The reception works 24/7, which is quite rare in the UK. The downside is that the sound insulation isn't very good; the walls of each room in the flat feel like they are made of hollow boards. However, as long as the seating is normal, this doesn't have much of an impact. My neighbor was initially a person from Myanmar, who often stayed up late at night; later, they even brought their boyfriend over, which made it even noisier. After adjustments from the dormitory manager, they moved out, and I was able to sleep well again. Now my neighbor is a Chinese person, and it's not noisy at all.

Each room also has its own washer-dryer, so there is no need to compete for a shared laundry room, which is especially convenient. With a private bathroom, double bed, large study desk, and ample storage space, you can move in with just your luggage. Utilities and internet are all included in the rent, saving a lot of trouble with separate bills. The apartment has comprehensive shared facilities, including a gym, study room, and media/activity room, meeting both study and leisure needs. The front desk can receive parcels on your behalf, and the access control and surveillance systems are complete, giving a strong sense of security. The staff are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, the living environment is quiet and comfortable, with excellent value for money. It is very suitable for students who want an independent and private living environment, and it is a great choice for student accommodation while studying abroad.

Living at Scape Leeds has been a really great experience. The apartment is right in Leeds city center, very close to both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, so it only takes a short walk to get to class, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. As an award-winning student accommodation, the building has excellent facilities, including a 24-hour gym, cinema room, games area, and rooftop terrace, making it easy to balance studying and relaxing. I chose a room with a private bathroom, and all utilities and high-speed WiFi are included in the rent, so I don't have to worry about bills. Plus, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so they can help promptly with parcel collection or any issues that come up, which makes living here feel both convenient and reassuring.

Very good location and nice environment I recommend this house, not just because it serves as a "landing point" , but also because it gives me the long-lost feeling of "home." What I am most satisfied with in the room is the excellent lighting. Every afternoon, sunlight fills the entire bay window, making it particularly pleasant to snuggle up there with a book and tea on weekends. Although the area is not large, the layout is very reasonable, with ample storage space allowing everything to be organized neatly. The community park downstairs is a great place for me after work; running a few laps makes the day's fatigue disappear. The landlord is also very nice; they cleaned the house spotless for my move-in and prepared green plants and basic living supplies. They usually don't disturb me but respond very promptly if anything is needed. The neighbors are also quite quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. In short, there is no cold and unfamiliar sense of distance here, only comfort and peace of mind. If you want a place to truly relax after a busy day, choosing here is definitely the right decision.
