The house is really wonderful! When I moved in and cleaned, I found that everything was spotless, not even a trace of water marks on the mirrors and other reflective surfaces. It was just so clean! The tables and cupboards were also cleaned; there was not a speck of dust anywhere. They even provided a toilet brush and two large trash cans with the apartment. The cost-performance ratio is incredibly high, and the location is fantastic—just across the street is the main pedestrian street! It's really not a scam. At first, I wanted to cancel after looking at the apartment pictures, but now I want to stay here forever. My friend lives in Royal where they don't include bills; she said heating costs 7 pounds a day in winter. The environment is nice, but it's expensive—Quebec is highly recommended!

Staying at Wembley Scape is truly one of the best decisions I made coming to London! It's a 5-minute walk to Wembley Park tube station, and just 20 minutes to the city center, making it super convenient to get to UCL and Westminster. The room is clean and tidy, with an ensuite bathroom and hidden storage, which is fantastic. All bills are included, so I don't have to worry about utilities like water and electricity. The 24-hour reception and security provide a strong sense of safety, and the response to package collection and repairs is exceptionally quick. The building has a gym, cinema, study room, and a huge communal kitchen, so I can stay fit, study, and socialize without even leaving home—it's really comfortable! I highly recommend it to everyone who comes to China London.

I'm connected with Agni, who's been incredibly helpful, and I could tell that from our very first call. That's what made me choose Uhomes to book my accommodation. Unlike most agents who keep spamming, he did not bother me during the period between our initial call and when I decided to move forward. He waited until I got back with a decision for quite some time. Thereafter, I got on multiple calls with him to clarify every small doubt, and he took the time to explain each in detail. The child checked into Chapter Kings Cross, which is not as terrible as described in some books; in fact, the experience was quite good. Firstly, the geographical location is excellent, right next to King's Cross Station, with subway and train connections readily available; secondly, the rooms are very new and clean; I don't know how they manage to keep it so spotless, and there are no signs of mold in the bathroom, which I was very satisfied with (since I personally visited this apartment in London while sending my child). Furthermore, according to my child, there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and it feels quite safe. It's a 20-minute walk to UCL. There are several big supermarkets around such as Waitrose and M&S; in short, apart from the high prices, there are no other issues.

This is the second time I have rented accommodation with Khin, and once again, the experience has been excellent. She is an incredibly helpful and reliable agent who always responds quickly and clearly. Whenever I have questions about the accommodations, she takes the time to explain everything with great patience and professionalism. Her fast replies and supportive attitude make the whole process much easier and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication, and I know that if I ever need to rent again in the future, I will definitely choose to work with her. North Lodge is a fantastic student accommodation. The room is clean, bright and comfortable, with simple but modern decoration. The furniture is arranged well, so the space feels practical for studying, relaxing and storing my things. The shared facilities are convenient, and the Wi-Fi is fast enough for online classes, video calls and daily study. The building is also quiet most of the time, which makes it easy to rest after a busy day. In terms of value for money, I think the rent is reasonable.

The child was admitted to the University of London, but because they applied for on-campus accommodation a bit late, they were unable to secure a room in a school-partnered apartment. On September 4th, we started considering renting an apartment elsewhere, but we knew nothing about this foreign country, which became a challenge. Fortunately, we found a satisfactory place through the Yihang Good Residence APP. Special thanks to April, the customer service representative at Yihang Good Residence APP, for recommending an apartment only 1.5 kilometers from the campus, which is a 15-20 minute walk. The price is also quite reasonable, just slightly more expensive than the school-assigned accommodation. The room is shared with one other person, which is acceptable. Special thanks to Yihang Good Residence APP and April, the customer service representative, who was incredibly patient and available online to answer all our questions whenever we needed help.

I received a great deal of help from Irene. She not only helped me find the most suitable accommodation, but also assisted me with the rental process and provided support in many other ways. I'm truly grateful for all of her help. ❤️

The environment is quite nice, and the surrounding shops are well-equipped, making shopping and going out very convenient. Bus route 55 goes directly to Oxford Street, and the subway station is just outside. The black line is fast and convenient. The room facilities are relatively new, and the bed is very comfortable, but! The room is really a bit small, and I can't invite friends over to play. I live at the edge, so the ventilation is better. My friend lives in the middle, where the ventilation effect is basically zero. However, because I am at the edge, the window has a little draft and is a bit cold. But the heating is good, warmer than at other friends' houses. Other than these issues, there are basically no problems. Overall, it is safe and comfortable, and I would recommend everyone to stay here. The night view around is very beautiful.

As parents, we constantly worry about our children when they are abroad, and receiving timely assistance filled our hearts with immense gratitude!

Very good accommodation experience, the apartment comes with a gym, entertainment room, and laundry room, the rooms are air-conditioned, the front desk service attitude is good, the location is convenient, just a two-minute walk to the subway station, and the surrounding facilities are complete, very satisfied!

The living environment is quiet and safe, with convenient transportation and a subway station. It is centrally located, so it's not far to go anywhere, and there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. Food delivery is also very fast.
