The house is really wonderful! When I moved in and cleaned, I found that everything was spotless, not even a trace of water marks on the mirrors and other reflective surfaces. It was just so clean! The tables and cupboards were also cleaned; there was not a speck of dust anywhere. They even provided a toilet brush and two large trash cans with the apartment. The cost-performance ratio is incredibly high, and the location is fantastic—just across the street is the main pedestrian street! It's really not a scam. At first, I wanted to cancel after looking at the apartment pictures, but now I want to stay here forever. My friend lives in Royal where they don't include bills; she said heating costs 7 pounds a day in winter. The environment is nice, but it's expensive—Quebec is highly recommended!

Overall, it is a very good apartment. Because it is a new building, the facilities are relatively new, but the aging process is also quite fast. After living here for a year, small cracks in the walls and cabinet doors dropping can be seen, but it does not affect living there. Facilities: Very complete. There is a gym, cinema, pool table, table tennis table, and many public study areas. Most importantly, the entire building is air-conditioned. Internet speed: The internet speed provided by the apartment is average, and sometimes it can be lagging. Sound insulation: The sound insulation between the apartment building and the outside world is very good, even if it is next to a highway, you will not hear a loud traffic noise. However, the sound insulation between rooms is relatively poor, and you can hear loud conversations from next door. Location: The building is right by the road, and it takes about 6 to 7 minutes on foot to Hammersmith subway station and the bus terminal. Whether driving, taking the bus, or the subway, it is very convenient. There are also a few temporary parking spots downstairs. Hygiene: Staff clean the public areas daily. So far, there have been no signs of bugs in the building.

Staying at Wembley Scape is truly one of the best decisions I made coming to London! It's a 5-minute walk to Wembley Park tube station, and just 20 minutes to the city center, making it super convenient to get to UCL and Westminster. Parking is very convenient, with many parking lots nearby. The hot water supply is very sufficient and can meet daily needs. The air in the room is very fresh, and the room itself is quite large. Bus route 55 goes directly to Oxford Street, and the subway station is just outside. The black line is fast and convenient. The room facilities are relatively new, and the bed is very comfortable, but! The room is really a bit small, and I can't invite friends over to play. I live at the edge, so the ventilation is better. My friend lives in the middle, where the ventilation effect is basically zero. However, because I am at the edge, the window has a little draft and is a bit cold. But the heating is good, warmer than at other friends' houses.
