Walking one block forward will take you to the busiest area in Melbourne, filled with many shopping malls and restaurants, where it's easy to buy luxury goods, and there are often promotions. It's about a 15-minute walk to Chinatown (unless you're walking quickly). The Wi-Fi signal here is also quite good, and the front desk staff are very nice, with some staff members who can speak Chinese.

The location is great, just 500 meters from the city center. The view is nice, and the night scene is absolutely beautiful. The room is a bit small, but the amenities are fairly complete. A big thank you to Tony Cui for the seamless service in finding the house, handling paperwork, and signing the contract; it's like a concierge service. The key point is that the "after-sales" service is extremely excellent. After moving in, any issues were met with Cui's enthusiastic and patient responses, with messages being replied to instantly. If I couldn't reach the responsible person, Cui would solve it immediately. It's fantastic!

Yes, Y Suites on A'Beckett is a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation and only the students are allowed to live here. No matter you are a full-time students, doing an internship/placement year, or taking an part-time course, we all welcome.
What does the rent cover?
The rent of the property covers all utility bills including electricity, water, gas and high speed Wi-Fi internet fees, the usage of all communal amenities, and the events the property provided.
What does the room include?
Each room of Y Suites on A'Beckett includes bed, mattress, study desk, chair, wardrobe, air-conditioning, fridge, well-equipped bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and secure key card access.
