Student Accommodation in Leeds

The sound insulation here is pretty good. As long as the volume is not extremely loud, you generally won't hear any noise. The apartment is very close to the business school's Simpson Building, which can be reached in just over ten minutes on foot. There is a large staircase along the way, and the back entrance of Triangle leads directly to it, making it very convenient to get around. Other schools are also within a 21-minute walk, such as the School of Sociology and Leeds Union. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the city center. There are two supermarkets downstairs, Co-op and Tesco, which can meet most daily shopping needs. I think the room size is just right. It comes with a double-size bed, and the WiFi speed is stable with almost no lag. The only minor drawback is that there is no front desk, but everything else is very good. It can be considered a highly cost-effective apartment in the LS3 area. The residents in the apartment are diverse, with students from many different countries. There are not too many students from China, so if roommates are randomly assigned, there is a high chance of getting to know roommates from different countries. The building on the left in the first picture is Triangle, and the seventh picture shows the apartment's main entrance. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, including Chinese restaurants, a well-reviewed Caribbean restaurant, and Domino's Pizza. The shared laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers. Each wash costs about 40, and each drying cycle costs about 20.

[Core Advantages] 1. Excellent living atmosphere: The single-room design ensures complete privacy, so residents do not disturb one another. The neighbors are generally very considerate, and the environment is quiet. The decor is simple and comfortable, making it especially suitable for students who enjoy spending time alone. 2. Unbeatable location: It is very close to the business school, with a short commute, so you can sleep in naturally every day. There is a supermarket right at the entrance, making shopping extremely convenient. 3. Facilities and services are top-notch: ● Heating: The heating is very sufficient; wearing short sleeves indoors in winter is no problem at all. ● Cleaning: Cleaning is not provided by default to protect privacy, but the response is very quick if you contact them proactively. ● Elevator and parking: There is an elevator, and you do not need to queue for it; there is also a row of dedicated parking spaces at the entrance, which is very convenient for drivers. ● Internet speed: Stable and fast. If maintenance is scheduled, they send an email notification several days in advance, which is very considerate. [Sense of Security and Service Details (Special Praise)]
The apartment's safety measures are very well implemented. Although there are occasional fire alarm tests, this is exactly what ensures safety. ● Emergency handling: Once, I accidentally triggered the alarm while cooking, and the staff came immediately to help ventilate the air. Not only did they not charge any extra fees, but they also kept comforting me, which felt very humane. ● Surrounding environment management: There used to be homeless people harassing others at the supermarket entrance. After I reported it to the apartment/supermarket, security patrols were increased the very next day, which made me feel very safe. ● Community activities: The apartment occasionally holds events in the lobby, handing out candy and snacks,

Headrow Court is right across from City Hall, so the location is great. It's especially close to Chinese restaurants like Red Chilli, and M&S is only about a five-minute walk away. You can also get to Tesco very quickly from the back entrance; it doesn't close until 10:00 PM, and they often restock around 9:00 PM, so you can go buy a fresh meal deal 😋 The front desk staff are all really nice, and the staff respond very quickly. Parcel storage is especially convenient, and there are often small events. However, the soundproofing in the hallway is just average, and there's a construction site nearby, so there can occasionally be noise in the morning. Also, I wouldn't really recommend living on the first floor like I do. There was a leak above my desk before, but after I called, the staff came to fix it right away. They are all very good staff members.

The move-in experience at YPP Phase 4 was really great The office staff who handed over the keys were very friendly There were two Chinese receptionists who helped answer many questions at the beginning of the move-in process Breakfast on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is more than enough for one person, and various activities have already been posted The facilities in the apartment are all in good condition, except for a little peeling on the wall, but the washing machine, refrigerator, heating, heated towel rack, sofa, and TV are all very good The room's soundproofing is also pretty good, and the cleanliness depends on the previous tenant, but cleaning is fairly convenient The location is really good. Morrison is right downstairs, and it's very convenient to get to the city center, other malls, supermarkets, and Chinese supermarkets, all nearby The coffee machine downstairs also offers one free cup of coffee every day Finally, the north-facing view from the higher floors is really great, with good natural light and large floor-to-ceiling windows

UHomes really helped me narrow down my accommodation search in the UK. One of their agents, Almaas, was very prompt in her response and always answered my queries, however petty or crucial. It felt nice to have a warm and friendly person to sort out my accommodation difficulties.

Very good. The new apartment is very clean, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. The large floor-to-ceiling windows make the room bright and spacious. The interior is fully equipped, with a private kitchen including an oven and microwave, so you can cook for yourself. With a private bathroom, double bed, large study desk, and ample storage space, you can move in with just your luggage. Utilities and internet are all included in the rent, saving a lot of trouble with separate bills. The apartment has comprehensive shared facilities, including a gym, study room, and media/activity room, meeting both study and leisure needs. The front desk can receive parcels on your behalf, and the access control and surveillance systems are complete, giving a strong sense of security. Living at Scape Leeds has been a really great experience. The apartment is right in Leeds city center, very close to both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, so it only takes a short walk to get to class, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. As an award-winning student accommodation, the building has excellent facilities, including a 24-hour gym, cinema room, games area, and rooftop terrace, making it easy to balance studying and relaxing. I chose a room with a private bathroom, and all utilities and high-speed WiFi are included in the rent, so I don't have to worry about bills. Plus, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so they can help promptly with parcel collection or any issues that come up, which makes living here feel both convenient and reassuring.

Very good location and nice environment I recommend this house, not just because it serves as a "landing point" , but also because it gives me the long-lost feeling of "home." What I am most satisfied with in the room is the excellent lighting. Every afternoon, sunlight fills the entire bay window, making it particularly pleasant to snuggle up there with a book and tea on weekends. Although the area is not large, the layout is very reasonable, with ample storage space allowing everything to be organized neatly. The community park downstairs is a great place for me after work; running a few laps makes the day's fatigue disappear. The landlord is also very nice; they cleaned the house spotless for my move-in and prepared green plants and basic living supplies. They usually don't disturb me but respond very promptly if anything is needed. The neighbors are also quite quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. In short, there is no cold and unfamiliar sense of distance here, only comfort and peace of mind. If you want a place to truly relax after a busy day, choosing here is definitely the right decision. Version 2: Focus on commuting and cost-effectiveness

Overall, my experience living at The Tannery has been quite good. The room gets plenty of natural light, so there is usually no need to turn on the lights during the day, which makes it great for studying, reading, or working in the room. The room was also fairly clean when I first moved in, with no noticeable odor, and the ventilation is good. For student accommodation, the room space is sufficient, and the desk, wardrobe, and storage areas are all practical. The kitchen and shared areas are also well equipped. The internet speed is generally stable, and there are basically no issues with online classes, watching videos, or gaming. In terms of soundproofing, it is generally acceptable. It does not feel particularly noisy under normal circumstances, though occasionally you can hear people talking in the hallway. The location of the apartment is also convenient, with supermarkets and some restaurants nearby, making daily shopping easy. Transportation to the university and the city center is also quite convenient. The staff are friendly, and problems are usually handled promptly. The hygiene and security management also make residents feel reassured. Overall, The Tannery is quite suitable for students looking for long-term accommodation, offering convenient living, comfortable rooms, and decent value for money.

During my studies in the UK, I lived at Scape, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience. First of all, the apartment's location is very convenient, with complete living facilities nearby, making daily shopping and commuting very easy. The overall environment of the apartment is good, the common areas are relatively clean, and the facilities are fairly comprehensive. It meets the needs of both studying and daily life. The room layout is reasonably designed, with all the basic living facilities provided, so it is quite comfortable to live in. The staff also have a very good service attitude. Whenever I encountered problems, I could ask the front desk for help, and communication was generally smooth. The apartment's security management is also well handled, which makes living here feel quite safe. Of course, there are also some areas that could be improved. For example, the user experience of some facilities could still be enhanced, and occasionally there may be some noise from other residents. However, these issues do not have a major impact on the overall living experience. Overall, Scape is a student apartment that is quite suitable for international students. It offers convenient living, a comfortable environment, and relatively standardized management. If you are studying in the UK for the first time and want to find a student apartment that is relatively hassle-free, I think Scape is an option worth considering.

The dormitory environment is very good, and the supervisor Barbara, David, and Daniel are very helpful, promptly assisting you in solving any problems they can. If possible, I would like to give six stars.

I lived there for a year, and it was very comfortable. I met the best friends in this apartment, and I also met her. Thank you, AH!
